Great place to stay
The host was very accommodating especially with our very late arrival. The room is nicely decorated and is well equipped for most any needs. The bed was very comfortable, a great bathroom and shower, and a large walk in closet with more than ample storage space. In addition there is a nice private patio. Very easy to find off the main boulevard and in a nice neighborhood. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Melbourne.

Nice Stay & Appreciated the Location
Would agree with previous reviews. The space is clean and comfortable and has lots of the basics you'd appreciate in a hotel room - even more, with the ability to prep simple meals. Great location for getting around quickly and easily to Indialantic, historic downtown, Eau Galle area and more!

Great place. Centrally located to everything we needed. Very clean.
Only thing I could suggest is a small night stand for wall side of bed. I had to keep my things on the floor.

Host was very responsive to my questions. Room was clean, linens & towels were fresh. Perfect stay for couples or a single. Everything you need in your room plus extras. Definitely would recommend and stay here again.

Great stay—excellent location
It was easy to get to lots of different locations easily—beaches, disc golf, restaurants, space center… The room is not sound proof from the main house. We could hear sneezes, children playing…but it was not intrusive.

Cute little suite, everything you need and centrally located.
Exactly what the doctor ordered for a weekend getaway. Close to downtown Melbourne but far enough away for privacy and a quiet peaceful stay. Will go back. Very attentive owners, quick response to questions 😊

Great Value!
My husband and I stayed here while visiting my mother who lives in Assisted Living in Melbourne. The location is very convenient, right between Babcock and US1. A large walk-in closet with plenty of storage space and hangers, a newly renovated bathroom, microwave, hot plate and small refrigerator/freezer as well as necessary dishware and flatware are provided. Check-in and parking were effortless. Liezel was quick to respond to questions. I will stay here again!
