“will return again without a doubt”
My husband and I spent four restful and peaceful nights in this hotel. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in at a hotel...it was just like coming home after a long day out exploring. The room was always fresh and clean each day. The staff could not have been more helpful. All told the whole experience was a very pleasing one. Would highly recommend this hotel as a base while in Melbourne.

Excellent 5 star hotel. Good value for money. We recieved a free upgrade from a delux queen to a king sized room. Cant praise this hotel highly enough.
“One of the Melbourne's best hotel.”
It locates on the Collins St.,easy access to the station and taking trams to the city. And I used room service,they didn't have lots of menues,but the tastes were good. Although the room wasn't so big but quiet and clean so it's comfortable. The room faced to the stairwells, somebody cares of the noise of people who are eating at the restaurant on the ground floor. Anyway if I visit Melbourne, I'm gonna choose this hotel again.

“A true 5 star hotel”
Wow, this is a top class hotel in a city which sometimes serves up ordinary as "class". Could be a little expensive for some but if you want fantastic service, incredibly comfortable beds and well appointed rooms with all the little extras in the bathroom that used to be standard in 5 star hotels and still are here. Avoid the minibar of course($39 for a half bottle of wine!). Two great bars. Not necessarily the best location at the Spencer/King Street end of Melbourne (avoid King Street at weekend nights it can be VERY dangerous - filled with violent and aggressive drunk young men) unless you are atending say the Casino or the Exbition/Conference Centre (both three or so stops on a tram away). I;ve finally found a five star hotel in Melbourne that's good value for money and doesnt disappoint in any way - Will be back
“Excellent Location”
Beautiful Hotel, great rooms. Very helpful staff, a great place to stay in the inner city. We stayed for two nights over a weekend and found the location to be excellent for a couple of days of shopping in Melbourne. We would definitely stay there again.
“Great hotel in a great location”
The hotel was located within reach of transport. The staff were polite and very helpful with any requests made of them. I couln't believe how quiet the hotel was. There was very little noise transferred from the adjoining rooms or corridor and no traffic or weather noise. Needless to say we had a very good nights rest.
