The room was very clean and i really liked the way my name was written on Tv, kind of welcoming me. But When I entered in the hotel, the reception area and in the lifts looks like ghetto apartments. Those written things are unnecessary. Doesn’t look good at all. Reception area includes coffee area supposed to look attractive.

Friendly and accomodating staff. Walking distance to Southbank restaurants and entertainment. Clean, comfortable bed and room and great they had a in house cafe for breakfast which was reasonably priced.

Our stay was lovely. Good size room, catering for wheel chairs. Central position. Room was clean and very quiet. We stayed here for the AO. A 10 mins walk to Flinders Street station. Close to the crown casino and nice to walk southbank along the water.

I had a nice clean room. The property is handy for the south bank. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Negative - tiles slippy in the shower - i was worried about falling. Limited eating options for breakfast

Great location for local restaurants and bars, within walking distance of most places you’d need to visit in Melbourne. Friendly staff who were always willing to offer advice.

Great shower. Good credit for skipping housekeeping. Really nice staff at reception and the bar with a fantastic happy “3 hour” happy hour. $9 pints.

We loved this boutique hotel, Ink and it was in a great location and it was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. It was close to Southbank restaurants and the Crown Casino and easy walk to Flinders street station and Federation Square. There was a carpark only 5 mins walk away. The room had everything required and the bed was comfortable We will definitely return there

Thanks for your feedback, Debra. Our apologies for the delay in check in. When multiple guests arrive at the same time there might be a bit of a delay, indeed.There are little 15ml cups of milk in your room as well to use for either coffee or tea.

It's a little quirky, interesting art throughout the property. Very friendly staff. Easy walking distance to Southbank. Comfortable room. The room was small but had everything you would require. Nice bed and plenty of accessories in the room.

The hotel was close to the conference centre and I was pleasantly surprised by comfort of the rooms and convenience offered. The hotel was close enough to Southbank and the restaurants, and within comfortable walking distance to Flinders Street station. I will use it again if I need to be close to the CBD.

Unique decor and comfortable lounge with a happy hour. Helpful staff. Close to a grocery and a couple of excellent restaurants. 5-minute walk to the tram and casino. Loved our extended stay!
