Noisy and not good service sometimes. They tried to sale me accident insurance but I refused and they threatened to not give me a room because they said the insurance was mandatory.

The hotel location is very convenient, however is surrounded of clubs and restaurants. There is a lot of noise at night until 4:00 AM. We went with a group of people, and some were staying in rooms where the noise at night was not as bad, and others were staying in rooms where the noise was terrible. All the rooms are different and have different layouts. My biggest concern was that the room bathrooms had no privacy since the walls don't go all the way to the up. Otherwise, if you go to party and you are by yourself in a room you will be okay.

Watch out leaving your belongings because there was an incident of the cleaning staff stealing. Also they don't allow you to bring outside guest even though the room is paid for and will ask for your money. The rooms aren't sound proof so its very noisy while trying to sleep

located in the el poblado park. you should ask for a top room because you can listen the music and drunk people from the park. hotel is very clean, great staff and updated.

Stay away if possible. The room that we were offered didn’t accurately represent what was illustrated online. The room was smaller and there was no small table for work. The air conditioning unit did not cool the room after operating at max for more than 1 hour. The sink faucet was not properly secured; moving everytime that we had to open it. The toilet roll holder was on the verge of detaching as well. We asked to leave after only an hour to find another hotel. The lady at the front desk told us to contact Expedia and indicated that we'd get a refund by requesting it through Expedia. Expedia did not succeed with the claim, claiming that Lleras Green Hotel would not approve the request. I would strongly suggest to find another place to stay on your visit.

I stayed at the hotel and found the noise level to be quite disruptive, with thin walls allowing sounds from neighboring rooms to be easily heard. Additionally, there appeared to be a high turnover of guests with escorts during late hours. While the staff was friendly, these factors made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable and less like a traditional hotel experience. This hotel is perfect for solo travelers looking for a party atmosphere. However, I wouldn't recommend it for families or those seeking a quiet getaway. I chose this hotel mainly for its affordability, and while the price was right, it's essential to read reviews to understand what to expect. The location is convenient, but be prepared for a lively scene, especially if you're traveling alone and looking for nightlife.

Breakfast was good. Area was good. Lots of clubs and restaurants nearby. Room was okay only issue water seeps out of the shower onto the room floor (you'll need extra towels for floor). Also for ladies beware if any makeup smears onto the towels. They will try to charge you for "ruining" the towels like if they dont know a wash with detergent takes it right out. Smh!

Be mindful that they will try and charge you for anything upon check out. Was charged 35 dollars for linen ܙthat had lip stick on it. You also will be charged for visitors, if they are not registered. Convenient location for partying and people. If you want quite, don't stay in this area.

Overall the property was ok. 1. The room was very small and has an inside window facing an inside hallway where light turn on every time someone past by. 2. The AC in the room I stay is strait at your head. If you turn it off the room is burning hot since the only window lead to the hallway. If you let is run you ahead get frozen. In addition, The AC has a white light the you must cover to get some sleep. 3. The property charged me for something we did not used from the mini bar. 4. Breakfast was ok and the staff tried their best to make you feel at home.

I stood in Lleras Green Hotel twice an the general experience was great based on the location and staff. This second time I was charged for products from the "mini bar" that I never took and that were never in the room the day of the check in. They gave me a confirmation sheet the day of the check in with the "articles included in the mini bar, however I did not count them. That was my mistake and now my advice to all the guest. If you’re going to stay in Lleras Green Hotel ensure that you count and document every article in the room at the monent of the check in. Take pictures and have a witness with you to ensure that you're not overcharged for items never consumed.
