Room was noisy with traffic sound. The wire (plug) connecting the table lamp is exposed and pose an electric shock. Please change the plug of the tablelamp. Room 1246

I was disturbed 3 times by the front desk staff who was alerted by the smoke detector , they called me at 22:00, 23:00 pm and 03:00 am , asking me if I was smoking. The calls disturbed my sleep and caused me ended up sleepless . I was badly affected by the rude calls.
