The property itself met my expectations and was pleasant to stay at, however, upon check-in i was told that there would be an extra cleaning fee (expedia wont let me include the price but it was a good amount). I was a little surprised and wished they had made that more clear before i booked the property, but at that point i had to pay the fee. Following that, we were given a checklist of our duties upon checkout that included stripping the beds, washing all dishes, taking out the trash, returning the thermostat to its original setting, and dropping off all parking passes and the key. A tip envelope for the housekeeping was also left as a suggestion, which i did think was ridiculous because we did some of what i would expect housekeeping to do at any other hotel. Not sure if we would stay here again.

This has become an annual trip for my family. Very relaxing. Love spending hours at the rec center. The property is cool. Actually received brand new living room furniture on our second day. Only complaint would be the out dated TVs in the bedroom. I’m sure they’ll be changing those soon

The property was great for two families. The bedrooms and the loft beds were great. Living room with High ceiling and stone fire place was great.

we loved the mountain views, the counter top cutting board & counter top grill ( however we didn't have the pans to cook with they had been ordered we where told ) we had to sign out a griddle. I didn't like that the place was dusty my husband kept sneezing. The jacuzzi tub wasn't cleaned properly. we ran multiple cleaning cycles and black stuff kept coming out of the jets. also the over head fan cover in the bathroom fell on my husbands head as he was entering the bathroom during our second night stay. he did get a chair had me to hold the chair while he put the fan covering back up in the ceiling where it fell from. we wasn't at all satisfied this time as we was just there for 2 nights for valentines day and we absolutely loved our stay. that's why I rebooked it for my husbands birthday we where so impressed. when we arrived to this unit we wasn't impressed. I asked for a partial refund for the unit not being properly cleaned but received a this booking is non refundable no matter what that says a lot about this property they can put you in a unit no matter what the condition etc.. and they still get paid regardless if your happy or not. we've been coming here since 2019 and we've stayed at a bunch of different properties and this last one wasn't what we expected at all. the lady at the front desk knew this unit wasn't up to par she was just killing us with her kindness once we entered the unit we understood why. it wasn't anything like the last one we just left from.

Positives: Very spacious unit, we loved the sauna in the downstairs bathroom, the kitchen had a decent amount of pots/pans/plates/cups/utensils, the electric fireplace was cozy, and the views were beautiful. Negatives: The furniture was very outdated and literally falling apart. I had to wipe down the counters and table when we got there and it had been a while since anyone vacuum under anything. There were no spices for cooking at all not even salt and pepper.

Overall it was pretty good but the property was dirty and old. Washer and dryer had mold and the bathrooms were not well maintained. This will be my first time and the last time will stay at this resort.

I stayed at the Mountainside Villas to spend some quality time with my family and parents from December 22 to December 24. We were also planning to celebrate my son's birthday during this trip. But the stay at the villas turned out to be a nightmare experience for all of us, with a series of events that disturbed our stay. Five minutes upon arrival in the townhome, we were greeted by a leaking kitchen faucet. The dishwasher was missing in the unit, and water kept gushing out as we opened the kitchen faucets. As we were waiting for this to get fixed, we missed the evening appointments that we booked for the night (skating and street curling). But the real fix never happened, irrespective of a series of visits by technicians and villa staff. In the 24–30 hours during our brief stay, technicians kept coming in and out of the villas, disturbing our stay by installing door security devices, making multiple attempts to fix leaks, install dishwasher, etc. I don't want to blame the technicians or the staff members who were sincerely trying to help us with the stay. But it was a mistake to allocate villa #134, which was not ready for guests. Also, it seems the bathroom and other places were not cleaned in a while, and hence we didn't use Jacuzzis or hot saunas to keep ourselves out of any additional trouble. We also ended up eating more at outside restaurants instead of our plan to cook at the villa, which cost us more for the trip.

So im just gona say it. It was a weekend getaway for my girlfriend and her kid. After running around to find medicine for noahs allergys we later realized there was mold everywhere. My girlfriend got sick and me when we got home. I took pictures and everything and was calm but nothing was taking care of at checkput or no apology. I really would love my refund back.
