Villa completely renovated and re-equipped at the end of 2013 with all the comforts (2 refrigerators / freezers, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 1 washing machine, 1 gas barbecue / plancha). The summer kitchen located in the attached garage allows our 'Fattou' to cook odorlessly in the house.
Sandy beach 300 meters away with sunbaths / mattresses & parasols reserved for tenants of the residence. Presence of a quality bar / restaurant on our beach.
Guarding of the residence provided 24 hours a day.
Garden maintenance provided daily.
Bigué, our trusted woman will be present at your convenience from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Monday to Saturday to provide shopping, cooking, housekeeping and laundry according to your wishes. Ngor will be happy to take care of you as soon as you arrive at Dakar airport if you wish and will drive you to the villa where he will settle you comfortably.
Our house, ideally located with immediate access to the swimming pool of around 450 m² in the quiet and airy residence, has all the comforts, in particular with 4 'split' air conditioners, mosquito net for each bed. The large outdoor terrace overlooking the garden will allow you to take pleasant meals, the hedges of bougainvillea cut to height of man who surround our ground will assure you peace for your stay. Its location completely isolates you from road noise; calm assured ...
Our villa is composed of 2 bedrooms with 160 cm bed and bathroom for each, an air-conditioned mezzanine with 3 individual beds 80 cm by BZ serving as armchairs during the day, and a 160 cm BZ type sofa in the air-conditioned living room also. Linens provided.
Our rental rate is decreasing from a stay of more than 2 weeks; do not hesitate to ask us for the price because the site does not automatically calculate the discount.

La villa se situe dans une résidence de plusieurs villas. Notre villa à 2 chambres séparées plus sdb séparée plusw1 mezzanine 3 couchages Propreté par notre fattouh Amy très bien. L'emplacement de la propriété dans le domaine est parfait. A 5 minutes à pieds des plages, des courses, de restaurants de plage très sympa. La villa est très bien tenue, notre Fatou est une perle. Séjour en famille dans un cadre idyllique!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre magnifique villa. Elle est très bien décorée, entretenue, cuisine équipée avec tout ce qu’il faut pour rendre le séjour agréable. Le jardin est juste parfait! Un vrai havre de paix! Et pour couronner le tout: la piscine juste à côté de la villa ce qui a fait le bonheur de nos petits. Amy la Fatou est un vrai cordon bleu, très discrète et très gentille. Elle a rendu notre séjour très agréable en étant aux petits soins et a la main avec les enfants. De même pour Ngor le chauffeur qui nous a préparé des excursions sur mesure et toujours avec patience et sourire…Vraiment très agréable. La plus belle surprise a été d’avoir fait connaissance avec vous Jean-Marc et votre magnifique famille. Vous êtes d’une gentillesse remarquable et sincère! Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette villa. La résidence est sécurisée, le cadre idyllique, et Jean-Marc est un hôte à l’écoute qui met tout en œuvre pour rendre le séjour inoubliable!!! Encore merci pour tout, nous reviendrons inchallah

Tellement mieux que sur les photos
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa particulièrement bien équipée, confortable, lumineuse. Le cadre est absolument ravissant, la piscine, remarquable par son volume et ses formes, est à proximité immédiate (7ou 8 metres!). C'est un cadre propice à la détente, tout est pratique, joli et sécurisé dans ce domaine . Nous ajouterons que Bigué la cuisinière a de réels talents culinaires, elle prépare divinement bien toutes les spécialités locales ainsi que la cuisine française et fait de bons desserts! que N'gor le chauffeur est toujours prêt à rendre service. Et qu'il est bien agréable d'être entouré de personnes de confiance, sympathiques et efficaces. Il est certain,( c'est même déjà fait), que nous recommanderons cette jolie maison et son environnement si pratique. Tout est là pour le repos, la détente, le bien être .
