No blankets no heaters …
Just imagine this hotel don’t even provide blankets in the room , you have to call reception to get one , the rooms are not heated so you have to ask for a room heater which doesn’t work .. I got the heater replaced 3 times .. I almost wasted my 1 hour calling reception and asking for blanket and heater … disgusting

Nice spiritual atmosphere. Restaurant is pure vegetarian. I’ve stayed here before and the first experience was also excellent; that’s why I’m here the second time.

At night, the heating was on in AC units instead of regular cooling because of which there was suffocation in room as there are no opening windows ! Couldn’t sleep the whole night. On enquiring it was told that because of cold, cooling is not switched on !!

We stayed at Nidhivan Sarovar for 5 nights while visiting Vrindavan for the first time. It was a wonderful stay and we’ll definitely stay there again during our next visit to Vrindavan in the future. The food was lovely being vegetarian, lots of choices and wonderful staff in the restaurant. All the staff were lovely. The room was clean, nice shower/toilet and comfortable bed. Very quiet location. Thank you Nidhivan for making our stay in Vrindavan a memorable one.

The room finishing and cleanliness was bad. I was staying in a room recently renovated and still the cement markes were on the bathroom handles, the AC was leaking, the wooden floor was chipped off and the room and bathroom were not clean

Nice Hotel but lacks with basic amenities.
The hotel is nice to stay but basic amenities are not there. No TV channel is available and despite making complaints 4 times; a person came after 40 minutes but unable to fix the problem. Room service is very slow as it took 25-30 minutes to serve tea at 11.30 am when this is neither a time for BF nor Lunch. Lacks in parking space also.

Nice quiet location. Excellent restaurant with very good staff. Hotel now looking tired and could do with a refresh. Room was a bit cold . A/C did not work on the heat setting and no portable heaters were available.

Everything was excellent. We are Coming back in January 2019. Only glitch was when checking-in the attendant wanted the payments when it was all paid off. They corrected. The issue was resolved

Not a good experience at all
Bed was very soft, soap dispenser in shower would not work, in the middle of night someone with family walked into the room and we realized that their key worked on our booked room. Service is nice but amenities are not good at all, more like a 2 star hotel v/s a 4 star hotel

Very nice setting
Very clean and quiet, very good restaurant, has a nice view of the holy lands of Vrndavan. To me it's the best place to stay in Vrndavan. We stayed on the 5th floor and had the pleasure of some nice parrots visiting us at our window every day. They helped remind us of Krishna's pastimes.
