“Ok stay”

I needed a place where I could arrive late, sleep, and leave early without straying far from the highway. This location sufficed. I did not use the pool, but it looked decent. I don't typically eat breakfast, so the exceptionally sparse fare didn't bother me, but others would probably be disappointed even for a budget hotel.

“Not impress”

NOt bad, but my bed had some pieces of hair. Not a good begining. May be I was unlucky. Other than that it was just ok.

“Disappointed”

This was the only hotel room available to us on a recent trip to Bloomington, IN due to numerous activities at IU. When we booked our room through Expedia, we specifically stated that we needed a non-smoking room and were told one was available. When we arrived, we were given a smoking room instead - while the air quality was not immediately offensive, the comforters, sheets, pillows, etc., reeked of smoke when we came back later to sleep. While the owner was very friendly and apologized for the lack of availability, we were really disappointed to say the least. The cost of the standard room for one night was way more than most people would expect to pay at a hotel of this quality. The breakfast bar was ok - more than I expected with cereal, rolls, juice and coffee.

“OK place to stay”

Just needed a place for my family to spend a night before going to an IU football game. This place was fine. They only had smoking rooms available at check-in, so that was a bummer, but I booked late so I could not complain.

“Better than nothing”

This hotel needs to be reconditioned from ceiling to floor. Tub dripped and toilet didn't work well. Box springs were soiled and not covered. Sheets seemed cleaned, but I didn't want to walk on carpet barefoot.

“Not Impressed”

Staff was friendly and accommodating, but the beds in all 4 rooms were extremely uncomfortable, the pillows were a joke, and the general condition of the rooms was poor. Worst of all was the overwhelming smell of curry in some of the rooms, which could not be eradicated even by opening the windows for several hours.

“Needs Improvement”

Wall border falling off wall, bed not made properly, sheets & blanket hanging down below bed spread.Sink not draining well, water very slow to go down drain. Indoor pool over clorinated, ventalization in pool area not good, Very High clorination smell in area. Pillows Very flat, had to get extra pillows from housekeeping( which by the way, we had to go get them, they would'nt bring them to us.) Staff was friendly, though.
