We will be getting on to change this immeadiately. In regards to the water, we will be checking this also and following up with any issues. I do hope we get to see you and your gorgeous doggy again.

The names list doesn't go up until 2pm (sometimes a little after) to ensure we are not sending any guests to an unfinished unit while our cleaners are in progress. Please do let us know if you unit wasnt serviced during your stay as this will be followed up immeadiately with staff. We will be looking to reupdate the compendiums and make things clearer moving forward now that covid 19 is hopefully mostly behind us I will be taking your review to staff to work through improvements needed.
