Cozy twin bed rooms and clean. Turkish breakfast was nice and small poolside sitting area to enjoy with some fanous turkish city cats. Decent location 5 min walk to beachfront. Small roads leading to hotel and parking is difficult.

This is an old hotel … beds are very old, lumpy. Sheets, blankets Barry cover beds. Pool is ok … pool furniture very old and stained. The only redeeming qualities were locations and breakfast. Location is very good - close to marina and castle. Breakfast was great, made by two hardworking friendly ladies.

Had a lovely 5 nights it’s really good value for the cost & is convenient for the shops and had a really good fish restaurant just with in a 2 minute walk. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

It has what we needed.
Not spacious but for short stay there is enough of everything. Good location for beach, transport and eateries. Staff helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is ample. Would use again.

City hotel Marmaris was in a great location. The pool and breakfast were great. The room was small (twin share room) but manageable. My only small complaint is that we missed breakfast on our last morning as we had to get a ferry earlier. We were able to get a coffee with no worries however I asked for some bread and spreads to take away, and I was only offered stale bread from the day before - was disappointing as we had paid for full breakfast, but we understood we were 30 mins too early (breakfast is 8am-10am and we had to leave at 7.30). Other than that it was a wonderful hotel with great service! :)

Just disappointing
Unfortunately we found the stay quite disappointing. The room was tiny and the light wasn’t working. We called to change room and and at first they said there was no room and we asked for a refund but then they said there was the special room available which had nothing of special. Was just a little bigger to fit 2 armchairs facing each other. The shower water was warm/cold and breakfast under the standard of other hotels we booked. they say free parking in the street but in Marmaris finding a parking lot is a mission. furthermore the pool was only available after breakfast starting from 10am which means we couldn’t have time to dip in the water before leaving as it was too late.

This is a typical three-star hotel in Turkey: clean, friendly staff, does the trick. No frills, just what is needed: room (with air conditioning and large balcony), breakfast (with big spread), and even a pool. One block from the water and the main promenade of Marmaris. EXCELLENT location, but absolutely no parking nearby. The property is on a small street with cars parking on both sides.

Good little hotel
Excellent small hotel close to the bazaar (central) area of town. Close to beach. Rooms were a little small, but were fine for the 2 of us and would be if we had additional child. Bathroom was well equipped and plenty of hot water. Beds were comfy, each room had a safe and the balcony was a suntrap. Breakfast was turkish with the option of paying a little extra for fried eggs/omelettes etc, was acceptable. Pool was open, but obviously this time of year was freezing.. Steep ramp/steps into property may be an issue for less mobile, but otherwise great. Just to point out the hotel is in a residential area with local neighbours, which was quiet and traffic free, so the view was limited and of other homes

We found the owner to be distant, he literally asked us to leave a good review for his hotel which I have not heard anywhere in the world. The AC was off when we arrived and we were baked in the room until we called the reception and they started the AC, and it only effected 30 min later. I wonder why they do not inform about this when we arrived so it could have started right then. Room was very tiny but clean. The lady in the breakfast section was nice. Hotel is too expensive for what it offers, with the borderline rude owner ( he did not move from his chair when we were struggling to carry our luggage ). Pro tip: book the hotels just one block away from this hotel for a half price and smiling receptions! not worth-ed.

However, to be honest, our hardworking team was very upset that they got a 0 to 5 degrees because they worked very hard and the hotel building is always 'home' staff, no matter how old. tourists abroad. We arrived at 4AM and reception was there with a big smile and very friendly. We only stayed one night and was in a perfect location for what we needed. We didn’t use the pool but it looked inviting We booked with the bigger room with a terrace and it was more like the size we are use to in Canada. Thw room was spotless. VWould highly recommend this small and simple hotel

Average or below average.
We could not change the setting for the air conditioner as it was set to certain temp and fan speed so we had to turn the the AC on and off all day. We also spotted some stain on the bed sheet which was disturbing. The room was so small that you must keep your stuff in the suitcase, there isn’t much space to place them. The staff was helpful and the hotel location was good these were the only two positive things.

It was a great location and walkable to the sea front and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable although a bit small. The shower was great and didn’t leak!
