It is equipped with 2 en suite bedrooms , air conditioners, ceiling fans, well equipped kitchen with modern amenities, living & dinning rooms, manicured lawn & a refreshing out-door pool. Casa Vista offers gorgeous views of the Bay & Waterfront. Guests can relax & enjoy the relative comfort of the inviting pool with a sun-soaked deck.

Casa Vista - "The Home with a View" is located 2-5 minutes walk from the waterfront at Marigot Bay, Castries on the island of Saint Lucia, in the Caribbean. The Villa is quite spacious (both indoors & outdoors) and opens into some of the most magnificent views of the blue Caribbean sea & surroundings. The villa is uniquely placed given that it is perched overlooking the the stunning views of the Marigot Bay and Waterfront with mountains views. Guests can enjoy both the inside and outside space with large open deck & verandas/ terrace/patio which is ideal for out-door living area. Casa Vista is indeed an ideal couples' getaway or can be enjoyed by single person or a couple of friends. The property is enclosed all around and affords guests privacy. Guests can choose to relax on property or partake in exciting activities offered on the island or down at the Marigot Bay Marina and environs. The Marigot Bay Beach is within 2 minutes ferry ride of the Waterfront. Many other lovely beaches can be found to the north of the island and is close in proximity to the property. Yachts and mega yachts often frequent and can be seen in the Marina. At Casa Vista, we aim to ensure that all guests can enjoy their stay.

The property consists of two (2) separate rental units [a two (2) bedroom villa and a separate one (1) bedroom villa] with shared pool and deck space of 1500 square feet.

Great property!
House with view! Verlinda & Ernie were wonderful hosts. We asked and they delivered answers & solutions. Our part of the house was clean with all the essentials of home. The kitchen and outdoor grill allows you to cook at home easily. The neighborhood gives you the ability to walk to restaurants and a beach. When at the house we spent much of our time on the deck and in the pool. The deck is situated right off the kitchen and had chairs, tables loungers, etc. available for us. Driving on the island is challenging with many curves & switchbacks! Believe your navigation app when it tells you 10 miles will take you 35-45 minutes! Highly recommend this property and the owners!

Verlinda greeted us warmly, and allowed us to come in a bit early as the place was ready. The views were amazing of Marigot Bay! Verlinda has stocked the place with anything you could possibly need! The bed was so comfortable the linens were nice, the house was immaculate. We enjoyed going over to the little beach area to access the water sports. We got ourselves a three day pass rather than accessing stuff à la cart. The road up to the villa is quite steep, but a good source of exercise! We enjoyed eating at the mangrove restaurant and Roots 2 for some local fare. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Marigot Bay Gem
My partner and I stayed for a week at Casa Vista. What a perfect place--immaculate, well-appointed and modern. The property and the apartment are absolutely beautiful! We appreciated the start-up staples, snacks and beverages upon our arrival; so very thoughtful and welcomed after a long flight. The property is secure, safe, and in a great location pretty much in the center of the main cities to the north and south on the western coast of the island. If you aren't up for the driving, you can take a nice (aerobic) 6 minute walk down to Marigot Bay where there are a few restaurants and a 5 min. ferry ride across to Marigot Beach and Doolittles. Also, down at the Marigot Bay, there is "JJ's Touring" where you can set up optional excursions and tours of the island. We loved the spacious deck and comfy lounge chairs where we would enjoy morning coffee watching the sailboats in the harbor and then glass of wine watching the sun set and later the sparkling stars and lights of the sailboats bobbing gently up and down in the bay. The views day and night at Casa Vista are gorgeous!. The hosts were so kind and approachable. We barraged them with questions and always got immediate responses. They are absolutely the best and we thank Verlinda and Ernie for sharing their little piece of paradise with us!!

The home, garden pool and deck are fantastic, the views spectacular! Verlinda and Ernie were super nice and helpful. Marigot Bay is a good midpoint between the Castries and Gros Islet, and the Pitons and delights to the South. Buckle up, the drive is vertiginous...!!

Superb hosts and everything was wonderful
We were here for a five day stay and enjoyed the time at the apartment. Verlinda and Ernie were great hosts and we would recommend to friends and family. You will not be disappointed with this choice.

Fantastic!
Just spent 3 glorious weeks at Casa Vista. Amazing view from the comfy chairs on the spacious deck overlooking Marigot Bay. Everything was spotless including the refreshing pool. Ernie and Verlinda are wonderful hosts, so helpful, quick to reply and making sure our needs were met. 5 stars for sure!!

Paradise in Marigot Bay
The property was beautiful and immaculate. The drinks and snacks that were supplied were a welcome site after a long flight. Having drinks on the deck and watching the boats go in and out of the bay was a nice way to unwind. Dolittles by the bay was our favorite hangout. Casa Vista is a "Ten"
We, 2 couples had a fantastic week at Casa Vista. The hosts Verlinda and Ernie were super friendly, easy to deal with and had our interests and vacation in mind the whole time. The property worked for as a group as the bedrooms had some separation giving us our space. The kitchen was appointed with new appliances and everything needed to cook our own meals etc. The deck and pool area was large and well equipped with lounges and a table with chairs for meals. At any point in the day there was both sun and shade. The pool itself was a welcome treat for cooling down in. We were happy with the cleanliness of the suite and the quality of all it offered. We would not hesitate to stay here again on subsequent visits to St Lucia
