“Perfect for our needs”

“Very Flexible and Comfortable”

The room was comfortable; staff seemed friendly. The weekend breakfast was delicious. Most notably, I had to checkout a night early. The manager was happy to help and didn't charge any fees even though I was cancelling the day of. I appreciate their flexibility -- they seemed eager to please their customers rather than make a quick buck

“last minute stay this time”

For the rate, we always enjoy our stay. The make it yourself breakfast bar offers the best -you-make-'em-fresh waffles, in the waffle iron! No sausage or bacon, but there is sausage links in the gravy. The staff is always charming and out to please. We'll keep coming back. The only negative is that there can be semi-truck noise for loading and unloading at the Whataburger next door.

“Pretty good”

Good location as a backup to some of the hotels on the lake. Room was quite clean and comfortable.
