Had a very pleasant stay at the Quo Manizales. The staff were all very helpful, my room was clean and the restaurant is very good. I’ll be staying here again on my next visit to Manizales for sure.

Check in should be at 3pm. When i arrived at 6.45pm they said the room isn't ready! I left at 7.30pm the room still wasn't ready. No apologies were made!

This hotel is very very nice. Extremely clean. Nice restaurant. A great breakfast. The staff is extremely polite and everyone does a great job. This area is also very quiet at night. Very nice sleeping here.

Incredible. Modern, clean, well located, comfortable. Very good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. The "gym" is not really a gym, it's basically two treadmills, nothing else.

Very nice 3* for a stop over or longer stay
We used the hotel for a quick stop on our way to the zona cafetera and really enjoyed our stay at the property. This new 3 star hotel offered amenities and services we didn’t find at much higher ranking places we visited in Colombia. Room had a comfortable bed, bathroom was stocked with amenities, towels and bathrobes were the softest ever. Breakfast was aceptable and you can also use the spa (warm pool, sauna, steam room) by booking it. The hotel is located in a calm residential area within walking distance from restaurants and supermarkets. On-site secure parking is available on their tiny underground parking. Only quirk was that the room had no AC or heating (that we could see).

Clean hotel with very friendly staff
Stayed here for a week with my family. Very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The hotel is very clean and the staff was amazing. Great breakfast included. Nice rooftop jacuzzi and spa area that I never had the chance to use. Our room had a kitchenette was was great for my young kids. We cooked dinner every night there. Our room was on the main street so it did get noisy at times, especially on Saturday nights.

This hotel lacks nothing. It is one of the best I have stayed at. Beautiful room. Great staff that is very friendly even if you are a foreigner. And the breakfast is awesome. Quiet neighborhood. Yet only a few mil pesos in taxi to go just about anywhere in town.
