I recently stayed at this hotel with my family. Overall, I had a good experience. The check in process was superfast. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, I was disappointed with the in room dining service. I found coir rope in my tabouleh which I believe is used to tie the parsley leaves. It was clear that the food was not prepared according to the hygiene standards. This made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the hygiene standards of the hotel. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they were quick to apologize and offered to replace the food. However, I had lost my appetite by then and decided not to eat anything else from the in room dining menu. In conclusion, while my overall stay was good, the in room dining service was a disappointment. I hope the hotel takes note of these issues and makes improvements in their food quality and cleanliness standards. I would still recommend this hotel for its other positive aspects, but I would advise future guests to avoid the in room dining service.

Excellent location. Excellent room service. Iconic building. Fitness centre fantastic. Muhammed in fitness centre was very nice and well spoken in English. Manager Daryl was very helpful. Help us with early check in in minutes. Requested higher floor. Changed in minutes. Definitely will be back.

nice hotel but do not go for a room on 24th floor - especially 2416 where you can hear the bass from the 25th floor restaurant/disco as well as a cooking smell. otherwize club lounge is good - nothing special but good. Hotel is good value for money otherwize.

The worst hotel ever that you could think to deal with. They have canceled my reservation without prior notice and they which rune my trip to Bahrain. I will never deal with this hotel again. The reservation excutive was so rude when i talked to her.

Great hotel with a great idea of service to the client. At first there was a little hiccup, nothing major. The manager Mohammed immediately solved the problem and went above and beyond to make for a great stay. The pool is great. Restaurants are very nice. The lounge is also great, with nice food and a great view. The hotel is very conveniently located. Near Avenues mall, near the souq and not far from restaurants and amenities. Overall I had a great stay. I'll be coming back to this hotel.

I enjoyed how the staff was friendly very hospitable and they made the trip very easy. They have a driving services so you don't need to deal with the taxis on the outside. This is a very big plus. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.
