“Charming hotel, great service”
Lovely traditional hotel on one of Malmo's nicest squares, ideally located for the nearby shopping streets and bars/cafes, and only 5 mins walk from Central Station. Exemplary service, good breakfasts and spotless rooms. Only bad thing was the double bed was furnished with two single duvets (instead of one double) and the building was surrounded by scaffolding, but still great place and superb location.
“Excellent Hotel”
Stayed for 3 nights with my wife and 9 year old son.Location is great within 5 minutes walk from Central Station which is itself served by an excellent train sevice from Copenhagen airport.Our booking stated a continental breakfast but in fact we were treated to a full buffet.Recepionist friendly and helpful and like everyone else in Sweden and Denmark spoke perfect English.The Scandic Kramer is full of character and is convenient for central Malmo and for trips to Copenhagen I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
“Perfect location and lovely hotel”
Lovely hotel with a good location near the station. It's a good base for a nice break to Malmo and across the straits to Copenhagen. Staff very attentive!
“great place to stay!”
This hotel is an a great location being very close to the train station (direct trains to Copenhagen) and all buses and coach to/form the airport. Also it is placed on a very nice looking square and right by a great selection of restaurants. The rooms were nice and fairly comfortable. The only thing i was dissapointed with was the two pushed together single beds in place of the double I thought I had ordered. The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was good.
“Will be returning”
The Hotel is just a short walk from the station. We had a friendly welcome from pleasant staff. Our large room overlooked the square, the only down side to this was that on Saturday night it was rather noisy with thumping music and people shouting, but Sunday and Monday nights were quiet. Breakfast was plentiful with an excellent choice. My son whom we were visiting joined us each day and we were only charged £8 a time for his meal, much more resonable than in England. The hotel was well situated for exploring Malmo. My husband got confused by the instuctions to access the television and we ended up paying for a film we neither wanted or watched so be careful. When we visit next we will certainly stay here again.
