Pros - View amazing - nice location - relaxing atmosphere, nice evening entertainment - front reception was nice - We got upgraded to the suite which was an extremely nice touch - nice welcome cava Cons - safe didnt work in the room - buffet was alright, nice selection but food wasn't always so great. I wouldnt recommend the half board, would have preferred to go to local restaurants down the road with much higher quality. - drinks are slightly overpriced

Fabulous hotel in great location
Fantastic hotel in a great location, just a short walk from town centre. Room was of the highest standard and we learned that all rooms have a sea view, with its location on the corner of the bay. Food in the restaurant was varied and the staff in the bar and reception were very friendly. Spa was very useful as we had a couple of days of rain as was the gym in the hotel. All in all will definitely be back

Great Stay.
Had a wonderful stay at the resort. Service was excellent and the hotel was very nice. Breakfast buffet was very good but breakfast was only served up until 10am which was a bit of a disappointment (not an early riser!). Overall, excellent stay. Would highly recommend!

Clean room beautiful view from room and pool and bar area. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast very good choice. Bistro menu only available until 5pm. Only other option is buffet in large restaurant away from the pool/patio and bar area.

Amazing views, beautiful hotel and a lovely staff!! Highly recommend. My only small complaints are not very good WiFi (In fact when paying by card at the restaurant the waiter had to walk around for a better signal) and the room safe is complementary, but you have to rent the key for €3 a day.

Lovely Hotel, terrible local town.
The hotel as you first walk in, is stunning. A lovely hotel reception. Very welcoming staff, which were very professional. The food was terrible and very expensive if you are not all inclusive. We chose to eat in the town after trying the restaurant on the first night. The location of the hotel was fantastic and had great views, but the local town was very tacky and uninspiring. Not the type of place for more mature couples who are looking for peace and quiet. Instead, we used our hire car to leave town and venture into the more inspiring part of the coast. Overall, a lovely break. The hotel was nice, but it's unlikely we will return due to the town and the funfare which is constantly blaring out bassy music until around midnight, which can be heard all of the way around the bay. The maintenance men who clean the pool every morning and the blue bar chairs being dragged around kept us awake at night. A shame, but the break can only be classed as ok.

Quiet location.
The hotel is on the edge on Santa Ponsa with a 20 minutes walk into the centre. All rooms have a nice view overlooking the sea. The food choice provided at meal times was exceptional: lots of choice and well prepared (self service ). The staff were very friendly and helpful and many able to communicate in English. It was a very relaxing week's holiday.

Very disappointing!!
Room price 280 EUR/night !!! The 50 sqm "suite" was mostly entrance and hallways. Plastic couch in room. Bed hard as a rock and squeaky. Empty minibar. One, not two, reading light next to the double bed. The free Internet working very seldom. Pool area way too small hence extremely crowded. You get to change Pool towels three days a week, Not appropriate in a quality hotel. Low quality food in pool area bar. Breakfast area crowded, service slow. Restaurant only has dinner buffet, no a la carte. We will never go back to this hotel. This was our first visit to a Sentido hotel and most likely the last.

Great view but failed to do the little things well
The view from the reception on arrival was fantastic but sadly the first impression was the best point of the stay. There were lots of little niggles that let the hotel down, which given the cost could not be justified. These included: being charged to use the safe in the room, not having the room cleaned for a day, only having towels changed on certain days and limited outdoor space. I think the difficulty was that we stayed in four hotels on the island all priced and rated approximately the same and this was easily the worst.

The hotel was overall very nice. Our room had a few minor issues with the cleaning but nothing too horrible. We are from the United States and weren't use to the smell from drainage of the bathroom. So you would smell it often. We just left the bathroom door closed.

Stunning views, great swimming pool, no children,fantastic staff and food. Close to Santa ponsa centre and white sandy beach. Great for long weekend as only 35 mins from airport. Renovated so very smart.

Hotell med bra läge för dig som gillar att bada från klippor. Finns restauranger o supermarket inom kort promenad från hotellet. Lite avsides från själva centrum. Lugnt och skönt ställe. Spa-delen helt ok. Mycket bra frukost. Personalen väldigt serviceinriktad.

Slidt hotel, men fantastisk udsigt! Værelserne er slidte og indelukkede. Vi opgraderede til en suite, da det første værelse (junior suite) simpelthen var alt for varmt. Morgenmaden og middagen er ganske forfærdelig. Udsigten trækker hotellets samlede vurdering en del op. Den er absolut fantastisk at vågne op til.

Ein Geburtstagstrip mit der Familie und Freunden. Sehr aufmerksames und außerordentlich freundliches Personal. Traumhafter Blick auf´s Meer. Wer auf einen langen Strand verzichten kann und gern ein wunderschönes Panorama von seinem Zimmer und seiner Liege genießen möchte ist hier absolut richtig.

Eigentlich ein gut gelegenes Hotel mit Top Aussicht auf das Meer. Leider sind die Betten zu kurz mit 190cm und in der Nacht hört man Schnarchelgeräusche von nebenan. Super Frühstücks Buffet. Schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten.

Una estancia muy bonita. Trato muy amable en recepción. Detalle de bienvenida en recepción donde nos ofrecieron un refrigerio antes de realizar el checking. La habitación junior suite una maravilla. Cómoda, amplia muy bien equipada y con espectaculares vistas al mar. Servicio de habitaciones muy rápido y con atención del personal muy agradable. Volveré sin duda. Gracias a todo el personal por hacer de mi estancia una bonita experiencia.
