Great location by the ferrocarril. Lovely rooms. Had pool & sun terrace though we didn’t use. The restaurant food was very good.

An older hotel with character, very centrally located and with very helpful and friendly staff who make you feel very welcome. Nice on-site restaurant.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic location.
Friendly welcome. Beautiful old building with lovely mix of antique furniture and modern comforts. Immaculate bedroom with dressing area and contemporary bathroom. Small but more than adequate stylish pool area. Fantastic choice at the buffet breakfast and lovely quiet courtyard to enjoy it. Seconds from the train station to/from Palma and tram stop to the beach at Port Soller. Perfect location right in the centre of the beautiful town of Soller. Ideal for all the cafes, shops, walking, hiring bikes etc. I stayed with my 16 year old son for a father/son mini break but would recommend this hotel for couples, single travellers or anyone else. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cant wait to return. Muchos gracias El Guia.

Can’t fault anything at all, I really enjoyed my stay and was made to feel very welcome. The parking is difficult in town however.

Great location for off season getaway
Very friendly staff, generous breakfast buffet with eggs, bacon, meat, cheese, fruit, pastries. Walking distance to town centre, Saturday market is just steps away. Note that the train from Palma doesn't run in the winter. And the tram to the port is replaced by a shuttle van. Double room is small, with not much space to walk around the bed, but fine for one person. Perfect spot for a solo weekend to do not much of anything. Very quiet at night, felt very safe.

Great stay
Great hotel with really delicious breakfast. The manager was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Great location in the old town as well. We had very nice views of the surrounding valley in our hotel room as well.

Perfectly happy.
Perfect overnight stop for trip to Port de Soller. Lovely welcome from lady on reception. Comfortable single overlooking entrance. The clock does eventually stop striking !!!

Super place to stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel - room was bit small but very clean, comfortable and I loved the shower! It had everything you needed. Very pretty place and comfortable with staff that were very attentive and helpful, especially Elias -he was lovely and made you feel at home! Breakfast was very good with lots of selections - something for everyone. We had dinner at the restaurant one night - a bit pricey for area but good food and big portions - and we're from the USA! Some dishes were enough for two so I would share next time as I hate wasting food. The tap water in the area is highly chlorinated so it didn't taste good - stuck to bottled. It was also in a great location for getting around and walking to bars, restaurants with transportation - tram stop and train station close by.They don't have parking on site but will help to reserve a spot nearby for 10 euros a day. Driving is a bit tricky as some roads are tight. Enjoyed the town and hiking in the mountains. Beautiful area to visit and would love to go back!

One night stopover
We had a few problems with the room but due to our short length of stay they were to be attended to after we checked out but the staff were more than willing to help. The hotel in beautiful and our room was very nice. Staff were great and more than willing to assist. Breakfast was great with the nicest coffee I’ve had. All in all a great visit and a beautiful location. Would highly recommend this charming hotel.

Fantastic location near to the tram stop and railway station. The staff were excellent. It is an old hotel that retains its character but has modern attractive rooms and facilities.

Tremendous choice for Soller
Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Hotel El Guia. From the walm welcome with a glass of cava to checking out the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was attractively furnished and it was nice hearing the church clock chiming during the day. There was a varied, tasty range for breakfast. The hotel is centrally located and convenient for sightseeing.
