This is a lovely hotel. Quiet and beautifully clean. They offer good dining options but equally happy to book reservations elsewhere. The buses go from right outside to pollenca and port pollenca so there’s lots of choice about what to do for shopping and eating out etc. this is my 5th stay and I look forward. To returning soon!

Warm homely feel
Lovely warm welcome from Sue and her staff. We felt thoroughly looked after throughout our stay. The breakfast was very nice and best pain aux chocolate I’ve had in years. Would recommend

Wonderful hotel in a picturesque resort. Staff were super friendly and it has the feel of a family run hotel. The breakfast was excellent around the neat gardens around the pool area. Certainly recommend

Simply excellent
This hotel deserves all the 5 star reviews it gets. All the staff are both friendly and efficient, our (Superior Double) room was very spacious, comfortable and clean with a balcony overlooking the pool, pool area was excellent with towels and beds aplenty, lunchtime food was excellent(we didn't dine in the evening), great house wine, location only a few minutes walk from all 3 beaches. Highly recommended. The only thing we could think of that we didn't really like was the paint colour of the outside of the hotel !!

A fabulous quiet spot in Mallorca
Really lovely hotel in a great neighbourhood with a staff who could not have been better- they all tried to do as much as they could for you and their care and attention really showed. We would definitely go back again and probably stay for longer. This time we were going to a wedding so 5 nights was perfect. The bedrooms are nice and large with pleasant bathrooms. The bedrooms overlooking the pool seem to be the nicest. Really cool reception area with good art on display and a well stocked bar with great food. Breakfast and lunch by the pool were really good. Sadly we did not have time try dining in the evening there, but next time we will. A thoroughly nice place to stay where the care and attention really shows from every team member on the staff - right from check in to departure.

A stunning hotel with attention to detail on everything. Our third visit. Staff really friendly. If you are looking for a peaceful break away then this is perfect. Higher a car as the island is woth exploring. The beach is 5 mins walk away.

We enjoyed a short holiday with grown up family at this lovely hotel. Right in the centre of the village, 3 minutes walk from lovely beaches, yet peaceful and verdant- just views of pine trees and mountains from the lovely pool and garden. Excellent breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly capable staff. We’ll be back!

An hotel that's ideal for delightful short break
A lovely boutique hotel. An excellent reception by the manager on our arrival at 9:45. Breakfast selection very broad from well cooked fry-up (my choice), passing through cold platters, to fruit and grain (my wife's) but all well presented, as we're lunches and dinners. Pool well managed and plenty of loungers for all guests (an achievement anywhere). Two minutes from the beaches in picturesque coves and interesting nature walks nearby. Very good small family restaurants nearby: an example of how helpful the hotel staff were happy to reserve places for us, sacrificing a few more euros for themselves! Food and drink prices were on a par with middle-range UK restaurants but to very high standards. Taxis (booked by hotel) to neighbouring towns were plentiful and their fares strictly regulated and published so no risk of being "taken for a ride". All in all an hotel that's ideal for short (5 or 6 nights) but deserves revisiting more than once.

Lovely hotel
This is a friendly, relaxed hotel. Staff are excellent and food is lovely. The location is perfect, quiet and unspoilt but easy to get to Pollença or port de Pollença if you want to visit somewhere a bit bigger.

Nice pool area but not too much else to shout about. I heard the food in the evening is very good but we were not half board so didn't eat there apart from lunch which was good but expensive - 15 Euros for a salad 7.5 Euros for a milkshake . Very quiet but almost too quiet as never anyone at the bar and just a few eating in restaurant in evening. No atmosphere in general. Our room was very dark and there is no sea view from any room or part of the hotel. No reception desk so you keep having to knock at office door to ask questions which is a bit strange.

It was ok but not what I expected.
It certainly could be called 'luxury boutique' due to its size and no kids. However, when we arrived to check-in it was a little weird to find neither a reception nor concierge desk. We worked out we had to knock on the unmarked office door to get to the staff and then wait by the door to get checked-in. The staff were pleasant enough, especially the bar/catering staff, but it's odd for a hotel to keep customer service staff behind a closed door and put me off having to knock and ask them for everything from recommendations/advice and wanting to use the facilities (e.g. the sauna can only be switched on by hotel staff, key to bike store etc). Although the slightly dodgy AC and shower head didn't bother me, I can only assume the property is in a state of transition between new and old as the photos of the restaurant and interior on this and the hotel's website are out of date. So whilst the new dining area is fine, the corridors and rooms (at least the room we had) in comparison were somewhat dark and out-dated. The pool didn't seem heated to me but I really liked the pool area. Otherwise, the hotel was clean, well located and breakfast was good. If it stayed like this, I'm not sure I'd go back...

A gem of a hotel in a perfect location
This small hotel shows incredible attention to detail. There was fresh fruit and a bottle of wine in the room upon arrival. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with top-quality linens and toiletries. Hotel is in a small town with easy access to beautiful beaches and good restaurants. Breakfast buffet is fantastic!

An Enjoyable Stay
Very comfortable room with bottled water supplied every day. Access to a large private outside area with chairs and loungers. Very good food in the dining room for both dinner and breakfast. Very comfortable bar area for sitting in the evening.

Delightful boutique hotel with good amenities.
We arrived very early, 10.30am, for a noon check in. Only 5 minutes to wait until our room was ready but were taken to the breakfast area for coffee while we waited. All staff were friendly and very helpful. We loved the complimentary sorbet served by the pool morning and afternoon. It made us feel pampered!

Relaxing Break
Great Hotel with excellent staff who provide that extra effort that makes your stay special Breakfasts are served on the terraced restaurant superb, and evening also a delight. Some great local Majorcan wines and we recommend the fillet steak although the fish selection is difficult to resist. The Pool and garden are beautifully maintained and service includes sorbet treats to keep you cool. There is also a pool luncheon service which provides a wide selection of tasty salads and snacks Rooms are very clean and well appointed and the location whilst not seaview has beautiful views across Cala St Vicente and the surrounding valley and mountains. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel, great location
We stayed for a week in July 2016, it was our first visit to the island. Cala Sant Vincente is a very quiet, peaceful town, great for couples. The hotel staff were, without exception, very friendly and happy to help with anything. We had a standard room which far exceeded our expectations with regard to size and comfort. There are 2 local beaches within a few minutes walk and a good choice of local restaurants too. We had a hire car which was essential really for travelling anywhere outside of the town.

By far the best hotel we have been to in Majorca
We were a last minute booking and had not stayed there before. On our arrival we were made to feel very much at home and were shown around the hotel, pool and garden before going to our room, which contained a bathroom with a bath, shower and bidet, a bedroom with a large double bed and a separate sitting area with double settee TV and fridge (but no kettle), with a small balcony overlooking a quiet street. Our flight had been delayed and we had arrived later than we had hoped, but there was no problem with booking dinner at 9pm. All the meals we had were excellent without exception. Breakfasts were a mixture of a buffet and waiter service. You helped yourself to fruit or cereals, but were served tea or coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and "full English". A reservation had to be made for dinner, but that was not a problem, and all meals were waiter service. The facilities around the pool were first class. There were plenty of loungers and umbrellas available each with a mattress and two clean towels at the side of the pool and there was also a shaded grassed area where you could get out of the sun. Sorbets were served each day at noon and 5pm. If you wanted to go to the beach you were provided with beach towels.

A pleasant stay
We had a comfortable eight night stay. We had booked a suite which was spacious, comfortable with a lovely view of the pool. Many of the smaller rooms look onto roads. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There was no pool attendant which was surprising for a hotel that rates itself 5 star. We felt that the hotel was understaffed. The staff were lovely but clearly over worked. Lunch time service was slow and orders not always correct. The hotel itself was well maintained. Afternoon sorbets by the pool were a pleasant treat. The hotel was full of English guests and only English music was played in the hotel. Two reasons why we would not return to this hotel Beautiful, fresh flowers were throughout the hotel. The small gardens were well kept.

The staff were all wonderfully helpful and welcoming. The fact that the hotel was so small made it a quite intimate stay. Was supposed to be children free, but there were in fact several children staying and apparently they intend to welcome them in future. I'm not sure if the hotel is large enough for this to work. The food was well prepared and presented. We enjoyed our visit. A good base to travel out from for day trips. The rooms were quite noisy. You could hear the neighbours quite easily and their tv's.

A real find
We have just spent a very relaxing 3 nights at this small and characterful hotel. A warm and genuine welcome from all the staff, lovely pool area, excellent breakfast buffet and tasty, varied and well presented meals in the restaurant in the evening. The local area is quiet and peaceful with walking, cycling and small beaches. Help with choosing walks or hiring bikes is available at reception and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are very clean and uncluttered and the sofas in the reception/ bar area delightfully comfortable. I will be going back later in the year with my daughters and I suspect in future years as well.

An oasis
Greeted with a warm and friend smile, the staff are great. They pay attention to detail and are always ready to help. Good service can change an alright hotel in to a great hotel and here it's the staff that make it into a great hotel!
