Beautiful property! Nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful lobby, bar, terrace, restaurant, pool and spa. Could have stayed here all week without leaving the property! Loved it. Will be coming back.

Everything was great. We ate in the restaurant on 2 nights & it was fab. Pity the guys didn't warn us a starter was as big as a mains, hence we couldn't eat the main Great kettle but only a welcome pack of tea bags (no milk) so take coffee and extra tea if staying a few days. And never worked out if the soft drinks in the fridge were part of the welcome pack.

Only issue is the room smelt funny and the smell was coming from the shower drain so not really much you can do

Convenient location but housekeeping was not very clean. My room service dishes and leftover food was left in the hallway (outside my door) overnight despite calling reception to pick up immediately after the meal.

Excellent hotel
This was our second visit, this time with a baby. Great hotel in a good location, easy walking distance to the centre. The spa is excellent! Shout out to Ricardo at reception who was very helpful with everything including arranging a taxi with baby seat to the airport for us. We will be back again hopefully. Thanks!

Fantastic location for exploring Palma on foot. Cleanliness level is outstanding. Although there is a pool it is small with only a few beds.

I love this hotel! I don't have anything negative to say. Everything was really good; the staff were lovely, friendly and approachable. I really recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Palma.

My stay here was swift and honestly, terrible. The front desk staff were friendly, courteous and welcoming but my room, though it looked nice, smelled like sewage upon entry. I was so disturbed and disappointed. When I spoke to the front desk, they said the would work to have maintenance fix the situation and to come back in an hour. When I returned, I found the windows open and a floral cleaning smell which was nice, however the sewage smell returned from the bathroom sink and shower and lasted through the night. It was not a pleasant stay in the room for the price I paid and I felt I didn't not receive value for money. at this point, I just wanted to check out immediately in the morning which I did and moved to another hotel. This place has promise but this situation was disappointing.

Overview
Hotel was really good. -great location with easy access to centre whilst away from frantic busyness. Only disappointment was not being able to access pool- towels left on sun beds even when not occupied- very thoughtless. Would be good if hotel could manage this

Service means everything - and it's not good!
This hotel is clean, modern and has every chance of being worth the money but it is not. Rooms are comfortable (although the shower doors allow water into the room!) Airconditioning could be better, it didn't get very cool in our room. But the service was bad. I was ignored several times when trying to order at the bar downstairs. And there was just a general disinterest in providing a welcoming and friendly environment. Put more effort into training staff to be more service oriented and you'll have a better hotel, managers!

Lovely hotel close to the narrow old town area. Staff excellent. Room wasn't fully clean, sink and floor had un wiped debris. Beds are on wheels and roll all over the place when you shift in bed. BUT I would recommend the hotel nonetheless. Worth a stay

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. It felt so luxurious and relaxing. The staff were attentive from the minute we arrived. The range of options for breakfast was outstanding. I’d love to come back to this hotel in the future.
