We are really happy we chose this hotel. Very modern, clean and well organised hotel, people who work there very friendly, helpful, smiley and make you feel like on holiday every day. Pools were amazing, pool towels and spa are free, lots to do for small kids, our baby was overmoon. The highlight of the stay was huge variety of food to choose from during the breakfast and dinner, good quality aswell. Nice touch coffee jar given in the morning per table so you dont need to waste your time qeueing next to the machine. On Sunday they even gave prosecco for breakfast which was very nice surprise. Overall, amazing standard hotel, with lots of pools for kids and nice meals you can choose for your taste, clean and enjoyable atmosphere. Thank you, Definitely will come again and recommend to my friends and family.

Myself and my partner recently had the privilege of staying at this hotel and it was an amazing experience. The room was quite spacious, comfortable and clean, my only reservation is about the bathroom glass door, it doesn't really provide privacy. The staff was excellent and the housekeeping team kept our room in perfect order. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's spa with the indoor pool, sauna and steam room, which we used a lot during the cloudy days. The outdoor and swimming pools areas are fantastic and spacious, they don't feel overcrowded. There are plenty of dining options and shops around the hotel, very touristy though. Great transportion too, the bus stop is just across the road. If you're seeking an unforgettable getaway, look no further. This hotel is a true gem.

This hotel is located perfectly 2 min walk to beach and shops. Staff all very friendly. Etremly clean. I have 3 negatives the air conditioning was not cold i do not agree for paying for a safe in a 4* hotel. Never had to before. And breakfast food was cold. The sky bar was excellent anazing views and the drinks in the hotel are as cheap if not cheaper than in the bars.

Lovely quiet hotel and very central. Great facilities and super clean. We loved the spa.Nice to have a fridge on the room but be aware there is a charge for the in room safe. Daily or weekly. Staff at breakfast worked very hard. Food was plentiful,not amazing but still good and fresh and constantly replenished. Staff in bar and restaurant lovely,efficient and helpful. We didn’t have dinner as we were on bed and breakfast option.

The stay was amazing, great hotel one of the best I’ve stayed at. Three great pools, the spa is great also. Loved the breakfast, they had a violinist playing on some mornings. Mini-bar was good too, played the football when it was on. Amazing views from the rooftop bar, I just wish it was restaurant too. Great service all round from information to ordering taxis. Mini-golf course is a fun thing to do in your spare time. Great for couples and/or families.

This was our second stay at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay even more this year. Lovely clean room with a view of the pool. Lovely staff throughout the hotel. The Spa is an added bonus. Perfect break in the sunshine
Our transfer took hours (not arranged by the hotel) but we were met with a smile, fresh orange juice and a cold buffet - even though it was midnight! Hotel was spotless, staff always friendly, and facilities well maintained. Food was high quality and a good variety for both breakfast and dinner. Only minor fault from my perspective was the lack of labelling in the dining room - no allergens are highlighted which makes it difficult to tell what’s safe to eat when you have allergies....perhaps this can be addressed?

Loved this hotel, the staff are really friendly and the hotel itself is really clean. In particularly liked the pool area which never felt crowded. Did not eat dinner at the hotel but had breakfasts which were really good with plenty of choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is really good. The only issue with design is glass door idea for the bathroom in the room. As it does not seal so leaves a gap and not the most private from noise for other occupants within the room.

This was a return journey to this hotel and sadly we won’t be back. The hotel and grounds are still superb with a huge amount of sunbeds so no need for early morning reserving. Great range of pool areas to suit all needs and entertainment throughout the day if you were interested. However, in our opinion the service was not up to last years high standards. Long wait times in the pool bar and roof top bar. Food in restaurant still of good standard but service on tables was lacking and on many occasions we had to clear the plates ourselves. Staff in restaurant not very friendly or helpful. Such a shame as the hotel itself is perfect for our needs.

Fantastic stay, living up to those 5Star TA Rating
I booked this hotel for the final night of our holiday after staying in a Private Villa. My selection was based on the excellent reviews on Trip Advisor and Grupotel Web Site, together with the reasonable price for such a hotel. We wanted a finalie to end our holiday with and we were not disappointed; we were allocated two rooms next to each other facing the pools/garden (as requested - Thanks), these were in the apartment complex and were fitted out to a high standard (think 4 Star hotel room but with lots of space, kitchen area and very large balcony). The rooms and whole complex were very clean. A fantastic Restaurant with a massive choice of self serve buffet style food together with chefs cooking to order (meat, fish, omelette, etc.), even Cava at breakfast! Plenty of space in the gardens to have your sun beds positioned where you want, and lots of shaded areas provided by the palms if you don't want to feel the full power of the Mallorcan sun. We also experienced the Spar which was a nice added bonus. Overall a fantastic hotel with excellent facilities and service. We would not hesitate to book again.

Liked- Able to get an early coffee before breakfast, Food, proximity to centre, shops, beach and bus routes yet quiet hotel. Very clean hotel. Breakfast very good. Luggage room. Extended check out 30 Euros. Staff extremely friendly ( one exception). Rooftop bar and spa are first class. Did not enjoy entertainment show on first night. The compère seemed rude. The show was mimed (very badly). Therefore did not return, as better shows available locally.

Nice big spa hotel in Can Picafort very close to the beaches and lots of cafes/ restaurants. Loved: One of the most amazing breakfasts we have ever had with lots of hot and cold varieties, several types of fruits and bread, live counter for eggs and pancakes, freshly squeezed orange juice etc etc. Very friendly and smiling staff in the breakfast hall and reception. Guests are greeted with a glass of orange juice at check in. Has 7 swimming pools and free use of spa facilities. There are shows/ entertainment in the evenings. One can easily spend a few days within the hotel itself. Plenty of street parking within 5 min walk though that might get busy during peak season. One extra star for the breakfast! Could be better: We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was very dated and in need of modernization. The walls are very thin. The wifi signal was very poor with no signal at all in the bedroom. The bed was ok, not the most comfortable. Parking is relatively small for the size of the hotel and is usually full.

there are a lot of pools and a good amount of play space for kids, but it was slightly too early in the year for the outside pools to be comfortable, so we used the inside ones, but kids under 15 only get to use the one in the main hotel, which closes at 7:30 and is relatively small, luckily they did not actually enforce that time, so we were able to swim later than that. Odd policies like 'take the towel ticket and walk the entire length of the property to the wellness center to get a towel, be sure to. bring the towel back to the wellness center to get the ticket back to ensure you are not charged the towel fee" oh, and the desk is open 9:30-12:45 and 3:30 - 7;30. The wifi was very spotty, and required personal identification each time and apparently has a built-in filter for alcohol related sites and so on. not always enough parking available on the premises.
