The property needs serious updating. Exterior doors don't lock, furnishings are very dated and worn. Sheets and towels were clean as was the room but hallways are musty and hallway & parking lot were noisy at night. The breakfast was not appetizing - powdered eggs were watery, bagels and english muffins stale and home fries cold. Find another place to stay.

Leak lead to change of room late at night and ruined all my $100 toiletries and $200 medicine. No refund of anything. No one cared.

The location was convenient, the comfort of the room was tolerable for a short stay. Very uncomfortable to sleep with super solid pillows. So hard that I felt my neck hurting during the night. Was also noisy due to the pub next door, people leaving at 2 in the morning, yelling in the hotel parking lot. The room had a smell but luckily we were able to open the window and get fresh air. Not the first time a BW hotel has disappointed, not booking with them again.

It’s a $90 per night in an area that Holiday Inns and Marriott Courtyards are $125-$200 per night. It’s clean, not fancy there’s a nice taproom with food attached. Not the place for a honeymoon bit I’ve stayed there at least 8 times visiting family.

It was awful... The floor isn't straight and by a lot. Sheets where stained, strong smell of a mix of mold and cigarette. Towels where dirty. Walls were cracked. Zero sound proof could hear everything in the hallway and outside the window like if I was there as well. There was even a shrimp on.the floor under the desk of the room...

The only thing is that they don't have an elevator. There is only 2 floors and we stayed on the 2nd floor. Sunce it wss just for 1 night it was ok. There was a stale smell in the room but once the fan was on it went away quickly.
I recommend this Best Western on 17 S and the restaurant Pib 17.

The property seemed very wore out, lack maintenance and felt very damp/humid. The first room we were provided with didn't have shower curtain, the drain was super slow, and the AC had issues. When we reported the issues, front desk switch room for us immediately. However the second also had issue with the shower system. Overall, the property just seemed to be lacking maintenance.
