The location is great, and the area it is located in is quiet and nice. Checking In was incredibly easy, and the staff was very polite. The room was a decent size, and the bathroom was very clean.

Very convenient location near Diego de León metro station. Room was spacious and very clean however some minor maintenance issues could be improved. Overall great hotel for a short stay in Madrid.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Diego de Leon metro station. There are also many shopping stores, grocery shops, and restaurants nearby. There is an in-house restaurant that serves set lunch at an affordable price.

Nice hotel, located close to Metro stations and plenty of dining options around. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was abundant. The only thing I didn't like was that they changed the towels every day without asking.

Perfect
I am 100% satisfied with this hotel. Extremely clean and confortable. We have 2 kids (4 and 2) and the family room was perfect for us. Breakfast is simple but good. We wanted a place to stay in that area to walk around and this one is perfect. Also nice staff.

Pros: Excellent comfy big bed. A lot of nice accessories you can use. PLENTY of towels, big tv. Big shower, super close to the train station. Very modern and yet very affordable. Cons: its hot during the summer time, A/C needs to be stronger. Other than that. Cant say anything bad.

Great hotel in Madrid. Staff was very nice ans had no problem letting me check out late during covid and the snowstorms in Madrid. Made me feel well taken care of and appreciated.

The location of this property is perfectly located next to Plaza Mayor, but it is NOT noisy. The staff was so kind and the facility is super clean. I would definitely stay there again!

The reception is very friend and helpful. Breakfast very good. I’m gluten free and they have a xxxc lot of things for celiac. Quite área and near the tube station. I left my shirt and jumper in the hotel and the lovely housekeeper kept them safe. I really recommend this hotel.
