Since before the pandemic we joined the European Union project for a Sustainable Tourism thanks to a Circular Economy, which implies a drastic reduction in the consumption of paper and plastics, main components of the traditional amenities, which we replaced by the Gel, Shampoo dispensers. Soap, Softener and Body Milk that you have found in the bathroom. Little by little we are updating our hotel, we are removing the paper from the walls, painting, changing the TVs, lights, showers, etc. We hope to have the whole hotel finished by next year.Regarding the wooden post in the bathroom, as you know we are the oldest hotel in Spain, we have been open since 1610 and that wooden post you saw in the room is original from when the building was built, so we can not remove it because the building is protected by law as it is a historic building.
