I will start by saying this may be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.
I am a business traveler and due to my constant trips, I am a Titanium member of Marriott Hotels. Since NH was started by the same developer that started the AC Marriotts, I decided to give it a shot. This is no 4 star hotel at all. It is 2 at best and that is pushing it.
The staff were very rude and slow. The room barely had a bed with a hard as a rock mattress, a chair, and a desk. All these pieces of furniture were damaged and looked like purchased from IKEA or something cheaper. There was no complimentary water, no coffee maker and the toiletry items were not replaced and of very low quality. I asked for water and they charged me 4.5 Euros.
I will never again stay at an NH property and will advise my friends and colleagues to refrain from staying in them.
I am not looking for refunds, apologies or points. I just want to express my disappointment and warn anybody that considers staying here.
