This is a beautiful hotel that I enjoyed staying. Great location, 3 minutes to Mayor Plaza and 5 minutes to Plaza De Sol. very friedly staff, breakfast is awesome. Most of all, the hotel has the best decorations which no other hotels can be even close. Highly recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely come back!

An extremely well-run boutique hotel in an amazing location. 5 mins from Plaza Mayor and Opera house. 10 min to Palace and many excellent shops and cafes all around. Well deserving 9/10 or better rating. Regarding the occasional comment about taxis not delivering you to front door, from what I saw, the hotel fronts onto a pedestrian-friendly street and blocked to car traffic at certain times, so taxis must sometimes drop you off or pick up just around the corner - 1 minute walk. Not a big deal. However, hotel signage is not very prominent and entry looks a bit like a cafe at first glance - so can be easy to miss.

The room was very clean. Our housekeeper made sure that our towels and beddings are always fresh and well made. The bartenders Angie & My were very nice. At breakfast all the waitstaff were very pleasant and made sure that the buffet was replenished at all times, made to order eggs & bacon were offered to the guest (kudos to the chef). Over all we were very happy and would recommend to our friends and family. It also didn’t hurt that the location is very near & walkable to all the good shops and restaurants.

Hotel was located in the center of EVERYTHING great area everything walking distance. Clean rooms, great breakfast and the server at the bar was amazing. Can’t wait to go back with my Granddaughter.

The staff was very professional and accomodating. They allowed us to check in a bit early at 1:30pm which was really nice. It was conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and attractions. The only drawback was that it was very hot at night in the room since the temperature outside was in the 70’s. Having an Air conditioning or a fan made it uncomfortable. The restaurant staff were very accommodating especially Mai and Jennifer. I would definitely return in the near future.

Exceeded expectations in all areas but the most important one. It was virtually impossible to sleep here. The room was so hot that we had to open the door to the balcony to cool things down. The only issue with that was that it was so noisy outside sleeping was impossible. Not sure I slept more than 2-3 hours a night the entire stay.

Hotel was in an excellent location. I arrived early and got early check in at noon. Soon as I stepped outside, the stores are all around me. Lots of great sights and shopping. Big grocery store nearby, 5 minute walk, 1 litre of freshly squeezed orange juice was very inexpensive, only 5 euro ! Their breakfast buffet was very good, wide variety of food, had made to order omelets. My room was extremely clean, maid did an excellent and outstanding job with daily cleaning, bed was very comfortable with quality linen. It was on the second floor with a Juliet balcony, city view, a little noisy, but it did not bother me. Room had a huge closet with shelving, more than enough to store my clothing. The shower had great water pressure. Didn’t care for the hair dryer, it was weak, but it worked. I would stay there again and recommend it to family and friends,

The hotel is very convenient and clean. It's by the heart of where you want to see historic places in Madrid. Almost everything is accessible by foot. Not to mention their staff is amazing. Excellent location, close to everything Madrid is all about. if room faces Calle Arenal, it can get a little noisy on weekend nights. Overall a great property at a great location.

Remarkable hospitality. We arrived around 9:30 and were given a room right away, though officially our stay began at 3:00pm. The room had a glass enclosed balcony overlooking one of the streets with the most colorful decorations in Madrid. The hotel was nicely decorated for the Christmas season. We were brought an orange juice each, gratis, when we arrived on our second stay. Excellent staff, a very well run place. A word of advice: if you arrive from the airport, make sure at the airport that the taxi takes you right to the hotel., or you may have to roll your luggage on pedestrian streets for half a mile. There are plenty of ways of driving to the hotel

Excellent hotel
We absolutely loved this hotel for our 3 day break! The reception staff are really lovely and helpful. The room itself is really modern and to a good standard of cleanliness. There are many amenities provided which made our trip easier (the hair dryer is really powerful & good so don’t bother bringing your own!). The best thing about this hotel is the location - everything we did in Madrid was within walking distance and this hotel is in the perfect location with many popular restaurants, cafes and famous landmarks all local, so we spent no money on public transport! We will definitely be staying again on our next trip to Madrid - to the hotel staff “Muchas gracias”.

This was an incredible place to stay. Located in the heart of Madrid, it was a convenient place to start exploring the city. The staff was wonderful, and the rooms were perfect. We will be back!

Great location, but the room was poorly designed with glass walls for the bathroom. The bathroom is right next to the bed, so you can see the other person showering and it lights up the room when the other person goes to the bathroom at night. The shower drain was poorly designed so that water would flood the shower and bathroom floors.
