Hotel structure is OK, very large area full of nature, decent pool and restaurants. My room was quite bad - when we got to the hotel, it was dirty and the furniture is very very old. Hotel staff was pleasant and food was OK. I was travelling with my wife and 2 years old son and he had a good time in the beach and in the pool, but hotel is also far from everything so we did not go anywhere else. I am not planning to come back.

Nice beach. Nice room. Good food, but same menu every day or two. Expensive for travellers from Canada. Flight connections are headache (4 flights and total travel time 25hrs ā€“ 1 way). For half price you can have same vacation in Cuba.

Para ficar bom precisa melhorar muito
Hotel antigo, precisa urgente de reformas. RecepĆ§Ć£o com poucos funcionĆ”rios, mas todos foram simpĆ”ticos, principalmente a Nathalia. Somente um restaurante, poucas variedade, molho de tomate pĆ©ssimo, com gosto de ketchup e as vezes gosto de queimado. CamarĆ£o na Ć”rea do bar estava passado, poucas opƧƵes de picolĆ©, apenas tangerina, uva e limĆ£o, se quiser de chocolate precisa ir no bar perto do teatro (longe). Refrigerante zero aƧĆŗcar somente de mĆ”quina, vinhos e espumantes ruins. Falta opƧƵes de sorvetes na Ć”rea da praia, que por sinal muito boa, mas precisa ir cedo senĆ£o fica sem lugar, as piscinas do hotel sĆ£o pequenas e com Ć”gua turva, suja, por isto os hĆ³spedes optam pela praia. Limpeza do hotel deixa a desejar, muitas moscas no restaurante, os pĆ£es com mosca, cadeiras e mesas velhas, baratas nos corredores dos quartos, mofo nos quartos, inclusive encontramos um carangueijo vivo no quarto. O valor das diĆ”rias sĆ£o altos para os serviƧos prestados.

Uma decepĆ§Ć£o!! Ɖ de longe o pior resort All inclusive que jĆ” fui. A comida Ć© sofrĆ­vel, nĆ£o tem variedades e nĆ£o conseguem repor quando o resort estĆ” cheio. O bar da praia nĆ£o tem nenhuma estrutura de higiene, fazem os drinques em um local muito sujo, sem falar a qualidade das bebidas que sĆ£o das mais fracas e as cervejas sempre quentes. NĆ£o tem banheiro na praia e no caso de necessidade tem que ir ao banheiro na Ć”rea da piscina, que Ć© longe . A piscina suja e muito pequena, tem que pensar bem para usar. Enfim , nĆ£o recomendo pois pelo mesmo preƧo tem opƧƵes bem melhores na regiĆ£o. Ponto positivo a destacar Ć© a beleza da praia, do mangue e da mata. Os funcionĆ”rios sĆ£o Ć³timos, mereciam um maior treinamento pois fazem o que podem dentro das limitaƧƵes do hotel. Destaque para o Marcos que gerenciou com maestria o buffet por dois dias e mostrou que tem capacidade para melhor aquele caos que Ć© o restaurante. Falta zelo e administraĆ§Ć£o . Uma pena porque o lugar Ć© lindo.

Praia longe das acomodaƧƵes. SanitĆ”rios inexistentes perto da praia. AlimentaĆ§Ć£o sofrĆ­vel. Resort antigo, necessitando reforma. Quarto razoĆ”vel. Somente quanto aos empregados nĆ£o tenho queixa. Com o que tem para trabalhar, fazem o possĆ­vel. Na mesma faixa de preƧo e na mesma regiĆ£o, jĆ” me hospedei em locais muito melhores. Resumindo, nĆ£o voltarei e nĆ£o recomendo.

Qdo escolhemos um resort all inclusive buscamos muitas satisfaƧƵes pelo alto preƧo que se paga: alimentaĆ§Ć£o, conforto, entretenimento, bom atendimento. Os 50% de satisfaĆ§Ć£o se deram pela gastronomia impecĆ”vel e atendimento dos funcionĆ”rios. Muito educados e prestativos e alimentaĆ§Ć£o farta e variada. Os 50% de insatisfaĆ§Ć£o se deram pelas precĆ”rias acomodaƧƵes velhas e sujas, camas e roupas de cama velhas e estragadas, mĆ³veis do quarto velhos, encardidos e estragados, pintura suja, limpeza precĆ”ria das mesas do restaurante onde os jogos americanos fediam e melavam mesmo depois de higienizados. Ɖramos incomodados insistentemente por vendedores de cotas de hotelaria para nos associarmos, muito desagradĆ”vel. As bebidas (Ć”gua e cerveja) eram fartas mas os drinks feitos de destilados de baixa qualidade e aguados. Para quem conhece outros resort all inclusive no nordeste, esse precisa de se reciclar principalmente nas acomodaƧƵes. No mais, pizzas deliciosas e a ceia de Natal foi muito boa e organizada e shows divertidos. Repelente obrigatĆ³rio. O hotel fica entre um mangue e a praia. Precisaria de podar mais a vegetaĆ§Ć£o. Quem nĆ£o gosta dessa natureza melhor nĆ£o ir, o hotel abriga animais tĆ­picos desse ecosistema. A praia Ć© bonita, ondas fortes, limpa, quioques com espreguiƧadeiras e bar perto, muito conforto.
