hello dear fisrt of all trhe rooms are standart m2 for Luxembourg second how is it possible that the plugs not working you are the only one in my hole working carriere here at the hotel that had such an unbeliveble heppening also note we do have 30 room with the same television sythem in all rooms when you hhad trouble to use it it dosent mean that the tv is not working pleas only let us now whewr we can assit and we will assist you with pleasure an no the TV is not broken it works with 2 remoots one for the reciver and the other for the tv nay ways next time you may just ask and we will solwe all your needs best regards

Dear customer I want to let you know about the lie interpretations that you have done. First of all, the hotel is chek in from 13:00 am to midnight at 24:00 hrs. You arrive at 4 o'clock, so we have to cancel after 24:00. Secondly you have stated that we are requesting extra fee for your late arrival completely false. If your booking is for a one person, an additional fee is required for the second person. Therefore, one room is reserved I wish you good days
