Our trip to Europe was cancelled due to COVID-19. Of all the flights, excursions, and other hotels we had to cancel this is the ONLY hotel that did not refund our money or give us a travel voucher. BOO!!!

There were some renovatìons going on when I stayed. Layout is tad confusing and rooms could use a bit more soundproofing. Room was larger than expected. No issue with cleanliness. Breakfast was almost hotel quality. Somewhere in between hostel and hotel. Good value for pricey Switzerland.

We had a wonderful stay. We were upgraded to a cozy apartment with a small kitchenette and bathroom. Everything was clean and the service was exceptional. Delicious breakfast in the morning as well! We would stay again.

They had loud party till midnight.very hard to sleep.everything else fine.add should stress can walk from train as cab charged us 12 to drive us 3 blocks.felt cab also should of said walk.in paris cab driver said to close walk.

First hostel stay
This is my first time staying in a hostel and I was pleasantly surprised. We shared a bathroom with 4 other rooms. It was very clean. The room was also clean. Our room had a fan in it which was great. Breakfast was very basic but good.

Great stay, close to the city center within walking distance. Hotel gave us a voucher for city free transportation. In a quiet area with restaurants around it.

In fact, this hotel is just 7 minutes walk to train station if follow the instruction from the host. Don't believe the Google map which will take you more time to walk. The tourism spot can be arrived by walk. The room is big and cozy. The breakfast is nice.

The location from lucerne train station is only 10mins walk which is good as it’s also near attractions. The man wasn’t very enthusiastic in checking us in but helpful in a way. Room is spacious as we get the apartment with bath. Breakfast there wasn’t really much in there apart from bread boiled eggs ham cheese and there were flies everywhere. I had to ask the reception where plates and cutlery are as they were in the cupboard. Check out ok nothing really much exciting .

Friendly, helpful staff.
Really friendly welcome at reception by helpful manager. Room was clean and the bed comfy. Buffet breakfast was ok. Staff went extra mile and provided bucket and water to wash my car. Parking to side of hotel is limited.

We had a great room. It is near the train station but quite a walk. However, the bus station is right by the train station. A quick bus ride and a quick stroll will take you there in no time. The main point of interests are all in walkable distance!

They were most accommodating. My Coke had exploded in the room when opening and they immediately changed all the sheets and blankets with a smile. The breakfast was tasty and diverse with many types of food available. We came early from the train station and they immediately allowed us to go to our rooms. Very pleasant stay. Location - close to the train station and the local sites

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay. The place was conveniently located, very cute, and a wonderful room. The host was great and the home brewed beer was even better. 10/10, highly recommend to anyone!

Quiet, 10 mins walk from railway station. Very comfortable bed and clean. A good breakfast provided, they also had toast and jam. Host very helpful with points of interest to see.

This B&B is about 5 minutes from The Central train station. There’s a good Swiss restaurant opposite the B&B but I never got to try it. Generally pleasant place and the breakfast was good and filling.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. Very convenient to train, bus and boats. 10 minute easy walk from main train station. Very good breakfast included. Bathroom is shared, but was always clean

Great Stay!
Rothenburg was one of my favorite stays on my trip, and the hotel definitely attributed to that. First, the location was great. Everything is within walking distance, and the hotel is directly next to the famous clocktower picture location. The staff was incredibly nice and very understanding of only speaking English. The breakfast was also included in the price of the hotel and was great before a day of traveling.

Great staff and location was convient. Two issues, it is located next to the train tracks so it is noisy. Next you share a bathroom with 2 other rooms which I was not aware of when I booked the room. So I would give it a 3 out of 5.

We arrived quite early, but the gentleman in charge let us leave our bags in the office, and provided us with a Lucerne visitor pass to use during the day, until we could check in. The evening manager personally brought us to our quarters, which were airy and spacious. They may not be the newest appliances or decor, but it's all clean and works perfectly. We are looking forward to our complimentary breakfast, and are using their WiFi without any problem. The location is central, near the train station. We are very pleased and would return again and recommend the place to others.

Good stay in a decent location
Clean, large (we had a suite for 4 adults, two separate rooms and a kitchenette). about 10 min from the main train station but in the opposite direction of the old town. no A/C but two fans provided. Breakfast was alright the first day. The second day, it was nearly empty and was never refilled despite there being at least 1.5 hours left until breakfast was supposed to end. Good food and bar options around.

Nice stay in Lucerne!
Nice and very clean budget hotel. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent. I didn’t realize that we would have a shared bath, but it wasn’t a problem. Also, warning: the front door is locked until 4:00 pm for check-in. We would stay there again.

Walkable to the main part of town!
This was in a neighborhood very close to the central station and other apartments, making for a bit of a loud stay. However the proximity to the main part of town was great, especially for the price. There was also a nice complimentary breakfast in the morning that we really appreciated.

Rooms are neat but not flexible
It's unlike hotel that having flexibility to find the receptionist anytime as they will be closed except the working hour. It's quite inconvenience as a traveler by calling the host. Overall, the rooms are neat and clean. And easy to get to train station.

Excellent staff but property is just ok.
We stayed here for one night, lucern isn't so you can walk anywhere you want to from train station. This property was a good 10 to 15 mins walk from the station. The check in timings are 4pm,we arrived at 11, so we had to keep our bags in luggage room and come back later. Later,we saw the room which was quite small with a hostel type feeling as the bathroom was shared. Next day,In the same price we were able to find another hotel close to the lake which was proper 3 star.

Close to bahnhof
Rooms were very nice. Make sure you reserve a parking space. Parking is very limited. Within 15 minutes walking distance of the covered bridge, Lake Lucerne, and all of the great shopping and restaurant district.
