The sauna did not work. The manager kept saying we were not using correctly, then he said it takes a long time to start. Set at 30 minutes, sauna never worked. Smelled like mold. Sink was clogged. Beds were lumpy. I have stayed at this Hilton many times and never had an issue. Will stay elsewhere next time.

The stay was both good and bad. The good part was the location was very convenient, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. Now for the bad, the beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. Also, we reserved a 2 queen bed suite with an accessibility bathroom. I assumed we would have a seating area. We did not, instead, we had a jetted tub in the corner of the room. Very weird. Our last night there, the smoke alarm started beeping about 3 am. I tried to call the front desk five times, no one ever answered so I went downstairs to the front desk, the attendant was hanging out in the breakfast area. When I was asked what I needed, I let her know about the smoke alarm to which she replied, we've been having trouble with that, but it hasn't happened in a while. She gave me a broom and told me to just disarm the alarm.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a good amount of plugins. The shower was large with glass doors that glided smoothly. They had full-sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body shampoo, hand soap and body lotion available in the bathroom as well as a hair dryer. There is a Kuerig, refrigerator and microwave and 3 pods of coffee. The complimentary breakfast they have available was very good and coffee was available 24/7.We stayed 9 days andwe would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable night stay
One night trip through plainview on business. The hotel was clean & comfortable, staff was friendly, & breakfast was very good. Restaurants and shopping were close by and hotel was in a nice, safe area. Would definitely stay again when through the area.

Lovely stay
Great location! Very clean with highly attentive staff. Breakfast was fantastic with egg options and the special cinnamon rolls. Comfy beds and pillows. The pool looked sparkling clean but I didn't have a chance to jump in.
