Start with the wallpaper in our room. Dreadful. The kind of wallpaper I would actually pay not to have. So-so breakfast, no restaurant. Staff friendly enough but the place feels isolated and cut off and looks shabby. We won’t stay there again, and if we’d taken a little longer we could’ve found find a nicer better-appointed place for the same price or lower. Not terrible by any means. Just not good. Uninspiring, unimaginative, uninteresting.

Beautiful hotel with the most comfortable beds and fluffy pillows that actually stay fluffy. The staff were very nice. The hotel was very clean and in a great location next to a lot of dining & shopping options.

The staff was super friendly and were a 10/10 I couldn't have asked for better experience with them. The rooms were VERY clean. However, the condition of the hotel was awful. Elevators didn't work so we had to take the stairs. The exterior door near the elevators was broken. and our room would hear the sliding doors of the lobby open and close ALL NIGHT LONG. If they fixed those few items we would stay there again. Again VERY CLEAN and Very friendly staff. This is an ownership issue.

Staff need to wear a badge or something that identifies them as staff. Be more friendlier and have better hotel conditions. The elevator was not working and I asked how long it would take to repair and the answer was, “very much” I think that is not an appropriate answer.

Staff was kind and professional. Breakfast was average for a hotel. Overall stay was good comfort was good except they could have had more covers especially seeing how we stayed in December. But overall great value and the property was ckean and felt safe.

Solo Birthday trip
Great location for shopping and restaurants. The room was very clean and I could not hear any of the other guests. Being a female traveling by myself safety is a concern. I felt really comfortable staying there. The staff was very friendly. Hope to stay there next year.

Amazing
This is an excellent place to stay. Quiet, comfortable, and like brand new. All restaurants in the area are new, and convenient to major roadways. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lubbock.
