Awful experience. We were there for a funeral and Lubbock was booked due to TT homecoming. We had no choice BUT to stay there. The room was dirty(bugs/hair/etc), water pressure was bad, plugs didn’t work, AC made an awful noise, they usually didn’t have linens when we tried to replace towels each day. We had to postpone our departure for one day and they wouldn’t even extend our booking for 1 day—even though we had already been there for 4 nights. They said we had to extend for a minimum of TWO nights, which is ridiculous. So we left. We will NEVER go back there.

“Extended Pain”
Well they been taking expired I.D’s, have questionable people running in and out of the building, the entire building ran out of toilet paper and I was only there for a night. Not to mention random guys running around asking for “Ramen Noodles.” This places looks really classy from the outside but PLEASE do not be fooled!

Scary encounter
Is not a good place if you go with your family. There were several drunk creepy men who live there permanently walking around trying to talk to us. Then another man asking for a ride. Not safe and lots of door slaming and dogs barking through the night.

I’d turn back if I were you.
Where do I begin. Upon walking in, the place smelled of stale cigarettes and fried chicken. The first room I was assigned was dirty, and the door was open. I was assigned another room, but upon inspection, we realized that the pillows were thin, the cover was more like a sheet, and the “bed” was more like a pull out cot style. It was extremely uncomfortable. My husband asked for more pillows, and the very nice front desk person told us they had none, but they did give us another blanket. This place needs to be reported to corporate.

Unfortunately, due to being an extended stay hotel, our guests cook often in their rooms, which I understand can leave a bad experience in the hallways for our other guests. The rooms are nasty.. it’s human hair and dog hair every were.. the refrigerator is so Rusty that u don’t want to put no food in there..the prices on the weekends are ridiculous for any of the extended stay.. I leave one because of the roaches was everywhere.. and go to the other one we’re it’s worst.. I will never stay at neither one every again..

Attendant has to be called if you check in past 10pm, we had about 10-15 minute wait. There was only one blanket and two pillows, no shampoo or conditioner. Get what you pay for.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was no one at the desk at checkin. Had to call a number and they said it would be 10 minutes. Next morning I left something in the room so needed to get back in. Again no one at front desk and no one answers the number to call.

Hotel was dirty and had roaches. Bed was very uncomfortable felt like I was sleeping on the floor. It was such a horrible place with bugs I left at 2 in the morning because I couldn’t make it the whole night in that room.

Don't waste your money here
Check in was slow. They were busy talking about who hadn't showed up to work. The overall smell was horrible. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows are a joke. The TV remote did not work. Questionable people hanging around in the front of the building. NOT a family friendly hotel.

I didn't stay at all. I went to check in, and they said they had been trying to reach me all day but didn't have my phone #. They did not have a room for me. So, they essentially gave it to someone else. I had to walk through 8 people standing right by the door smoking to get inside, where is also reeked of smoke.

The entry to the hotel feels like you are being incarcerated. This does not give a welcoming or safe feeling. After hours check in gives feels like your busting some behind bars. Room was clean but was not expecting a cot style bed to sleep on. Toilet had to be flushed several times to get rid of waste.

Bed was way too small, not comfortable at all, elevator smelled of weed the entire stay, the night front desk person was rude, they couldnt provide us clean towels when asked even though they specifically told us they could, there were always suspicious characters hanging around outside, not a very good area at all.

Booked double bed room but got only one bed room. Room was dirty. Said they couldn’t change my room. Worker that checked us in was rude. I’m not a complainer ever. But this time around is was just bad.

Absolutely disgusting place. Walked through the front doors and it smelled like stale cigarettes. The staff was initially rude but eventually warmed up to me. As for the rooms themselves: the first one they gave me was occupied and trashed. The second on smelled of human feces. I refused to stay there and asked for a refund.
