“Embassy Lubbock”

The air conditioner did not work very well. jBreakfast was okay but the area was very busy. THe bar staff was great, check in was fast and they were very helpful.

“Just passing through”

I was just passing through on my way to San Antonio and was very pleased with my choice to stay at the embassy suites. The staff was friendly and really made me feel welcomed. It was quite there and also the food was wonderful! I would definatly stay again!

“We always love Embassy Suites. Great Breakfast!!! Great Service!!!”

We always stay at the Embassy Suite when we go to Lubbock. The rooms are nice and comfy, and it's great to have the indoor pool for the kiddies. The breakfast is great and the service from the breakfast staff was awesome. Will definitely come back!!!

“Just what we like about Embassy Suites”

We were here for four days while visiting in Lubbock. The worst things that I can say is that the carpet might be a little worn and the hot tub and pool area open at 9:00 AM instead of the usual 6:00 AM which is what we are used to in most Embassy Suites. Since those are my only complaints, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. We love the Embassy Suites chain and we enjoy staying there because they are always in a good neighborhood and they are always neat and clean. The staff was very nice and our room was always clean and neat when we returned either mid-afternoon or later. We enjoyed the buffet and slept quite well every night. The hotel is a tiny bit difficult to get to if you do not know where you are going, but Lubbock has a lot of frontage roads that take a little getting used to. Back to the hot tub--when we approached the door at 8:30 in the morning and realized the pool area did not open for 30 minutes, the maintainence man who was cleaning the area beckoned us to come on in which we did.

“Awesome Stay”

This was a wonderful stay, we really enjoyed ourselves and love to stay here. The price to stay seems a little high but they breakfast is wonderful and sure beats DENNY'S!
