Pre-checked in the day before arrival. We were on our way, we were driving in for a graduation and about an hour and a half out we received a call from the property telling us that our room is no longer available. They had overbooked, and there was nothing they can do about it.

They need to provide complementary coffee in the lobby. Most hotels provide this perk in the lobby. That's my only complaint. Everything else was fine.

Front desk staff was rude on Saturday. Room floor sloped down in middle of room! Had to pay for coffee if you did not want powder creamer packets.

Great TTU Football Game Home Hotel
Wonderful place to stay near TTU. Location was awesome for TTU football game, tailgating, and partying afterwards. Staff was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

Very nice accommodations and location to Texas Tech. Did not like that there were no close restaurants other than fast food . Used Uber to go to restaurants. Bistro inside facility was great for breakfast and Starbucks!

Miserable stay, A/C unit was beyond LOUD
Our stay was a bit miserable. The air conditioning unit was making an awful sound. We thought the first night was just a one-time incident but the second night got louder and louder. It progressively go louder as the night went on. We spoke to the front desk and all they said was that we should've called maintenance. This noise was the worst at 3am, we didn't think of calling the front desk at that time.

Beds Are Bestest Ever
The pool was spacious enough, clean, & relaxing! The outdoor lounging area was super and we sat around the gas fire pit for drinks after swimming. The hotel was clean, quiet, but seemed as though hallways had the heater on cause when we walked into our room the heat was on but we switched to ac which cooled quickly. The staff were welcoming & friendly during our stay. And oh my goodness!!!! The bed, bedding, & pillows were amazing! We didn’t want to leave or get up out of bed in the morning, it was extremely comfortable & we woke up feeling so refreshed & well rested!

Hello!Thank you for the great response. Our team works hard to deliver the best service to all our guests. We were excited to celebrate your 10 out of 10 score! We are proud of the pool and patio area. The entire team takes a lot of pride in the fire pit, the pool, as well as the mini putting green. I am happy you enjoyed it. Our hallways and elevators do get a little hot during the summer months, due to this, we have invested in new guest room units to ensure our rooms stay nice and cool. If your anything like me, a cold dark room is my favorite way to stay at any hotel. Our hotel was fully renovated less that a year ago, so I am happy to hear you enjoyed the bedding. You are happy to have hosted you and hope to see you again in the future!
