Great location to Tropical Islands
We spent the night here prior to going to Tropical Islands. The location was great as it was convienently located near the autobahn. The hotel is clean and tidy. The noise from the autobahn can be loud in the morning but this is understandable due to its location and the hotel offers earplugs. I would recommend this location to anyone wanted to go to Tropical Islands.

Great stay with the family while visiting Tropical
Our family had a great stay while visiting Tropical Islands. The hotel was more updated than I expected which was a nice surprise. They have a nice outside area for children and pets. Staff was very friendly. It was very peaceful didn't hear any other residents. I would stay again.

Convenient location near autobahn
Good hotel for a tourist visit to the Spreewald. Located on an autobahn off ramp which was convenient for us because we had our own transportation. Noise was not a problem. Excellent breakfast. If you want to be near the resort town of Luebbenau, it's is a bit far out.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb. In das Zentrum von Lübbenau muss man etwas Fußweg einplanen. Es war alles sehr sauber und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Wir konnten noch kurzfristig das Abendbuffet nutzen, was sehr lecker war. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr ansprechend und vielfältig. Leider gab es in allen Zimmern, die wir gebucht hatten, nächtliche Geräusche durch eine Lüftungsanlage oder Ähnliches. Das war sehr störend.

Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Autobahn ist super. Der Verkehr war nicht zu hören. Der Lift im Hotel hat ab und an eine kleine Macke. Das Personal versicherte uns aber, dass daran etwas geändert werden soll. Ansonsten muss man sagen: Preis/ Leistung passt.

Wir waren das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war wieder sehr freundlich. Schon der Empfang an der Rezeption ist sehr herzlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Frühstück war wieder lecker. Vielen Dank.

Das sehr professionell kompetent und freundlich arbeitende Team ist um das Gäste wohl sehr besorgt und hilft jedem Gast im bestmöglichen Umfang. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt und ich kann die Übernachtung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Hotel ist für eine Übernachtung in der Nähe vom Tropical Island super. Frühstück nicht ganz günstig, aber viel Auswahl. Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig.

Komme gerne wieder
Bequemes Bett, direkt an der Autobahn und Tankstelle aber trotzdem ruhig. Etwas ältere Einrichtung aber völlig ausreichend um gut zu schlafen und sich frisch zu machen. Außerdem sehr sehr freundliches Personal.

Terrible, take another one. Trust me.
No English speaking staff at a Best Western… That’s terrible. Old decor, felt like I was in the 70’s. And nowhere does it say that they have a fee for bringing a dog, only that it is allowed, then at check-out they add 15EUR “dog fee”.

Service ließ zu wünschen übrig. Im Restaurant konnte man nicht essen gehen, wenn nicht Halbpension gebucht. In der Saison nur Buffet. Fühlten uns nicht willkommen.

Hallo,.. erstmal vorweg,.. das Personal an sich ist natürlich nicht schrecklich. Schrecklich ist, das die Kollegen einfach nur verbrannt werden. Wer dort als Schüler, oder Praktikant sich seinen ersten Eindruck verschafft, wird mit Sicherheit nicht ins Hotelgewerbe einsteigen. Abends bis mind 23:00 Dienst, um dann morgens 6:30 die Gäste beim Frühstück zu begrüßen?! Gehts noch?

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich Zeit für die individuelle Bedürfnisse genommen. Weil ich nur einen relativ kurzen Aufenthalt hatte, haben die Mitarbeiter auf Parkplatzgebühren verzichtet, ohne dass ich danach gefragt habe. Der Eingangsbereich ist sehr einladend gestaltet; der Empfang sehr herzlich. Es müsste mehr Parkmöglichkeiten geben. Die Zimmer sind sauber und alles Benötigte vorhanden; könnten jedoch ein moderneres Ambiente vertragen.
