Hello, Our staff in our lounge can direct you to our emergency night phone number on the door or may be able to help you immediately. In the summer same thing but our office is open until 10pm and then we have our after hours emergency number. Hope this helps in the future.

This place is advertised as a resort but definitely more like a motel. The island was interesting, didnt feel very invited.

We are so sorry you didn't enjoy your stay and experienced unfriendliness. We will definitely address your feelings with our staff. It appears you visited us during our off season when our hours are reduced, the pool is closed and all the games are put away. The hot tub and our year around masseuse is available and open year around. I hope you will give us another try.

Good location, spacious room. Off-season was quiet, but they seemed understaffed. Was hoping the restaurant would be open by 11a, but nobody showed up until 11:30. I guess that's just how they roll on the chill island.

This place is only OK. It’s definitely not a resort. The property is in desperate need of an upgrade. Paint was pealing off our porch, and we had foldable plastic chairs which was interesting, as we paid 300/night. No AC except for a tiny fan. It was fine as we were not in our room a whole lot, but paying such a steep price, we expected things like that to be taken care of. Staff was very friendly, and the restaurant is convenient.

Wonderful location with nice views from rooms and free parking at Anacortes terminal with shuttle from/to Lopez terminal to resort. Kitchens consist of mini fridge, microwave, sink and a few completely bare cupboards. Bring everything you may need. Nice enclosed pool but no hot tub. Restaurant good but pricy. Great live music and dancing on weekends. Overall a very nice resort but a bit plain for the price.

Great Fire Works! BUT wouldn't honor Hotels.com bo
This hotel has a great fireworks show, unfortunately they made us change our booking from a 2 night stay to a 3 night stay. They said it was their policy over Holidays to have a 3 day minimum but that was not what we were able to book through Hotels.com. They said since we agreed to paying the extra night they would help us out on a discount for our boat slip. In the end they didn't give us a discount, the rooms didn't have any cups, plates, knives or forks in them like they said they did when we called to check. Great place but wish they would have honored the booking or at least followed through with the discount for the dock slip. I also didn't end up with a reward night through hotels.com since it was originally booked for 2 nights not 3.

We were fortunate to get an upgraded room. The kitchen and bathroom cabinetry was nice, comfy king size bed. Clean all around. It did lack plug in areas by the bedside. Those were buried behind the bed, unreachable.

Room wasn’t ready when we got there which was fine, but I don’t know why it took over 30 minutes to tell us that (making my 70+ year old father stand with no explanation was mildly irritating). They finally told us it wasn’t ready and to come back in 15 minutes. We came back about 45 minutes later to it still not ready and the above repeats. Now my father is getting impatient and frustrated and asking me what’s going on but I’m still waiting for someone to talk to me. Finally get the room, which has an amazing view but the WiFi randomly goes in and out. Another issue is their pet friendly office collie dog went after a smaller dog in front of me when I was checking in, and then went after my German Shepard when we were standing out front after checking out. I got in between them and stopped it, and a man called the collie back. No apology, no scolding, no nothing. Very strange stay. Being very broke (this was for my fathers 72 birthday) I’m not sure if it was worth the almost $300 for one night….

There are very limited options for staying on Lopez Island. The Islander Resort is the primary one. It is fine - not great but pretty good. The facility and room could use a little care and updating. The restaurant was okay - lunch was much better than breakfast. All in all, a pleasant place that could be better.

The view is very nice! And very quiet island. Figuring out the ferry , I found difficult. Be sure to make ferry reservations well in advance!

We found someone else’s hair in our shower/tub the minute we walked in. The bed’s box spring was very stained (why not cover it?). Art was missing from walls, but the hooks were still there. The bedside clock didn’t work. The bed was comfortable enough, but we were in bed when a groundskeeper came on our balcony to water potted flowers and looked in at us IN BED. Our drapes were open for the view. We won’t be going back. Haven’t had this bad of a stay in a long time.

This is a very nice property located 5 min by car from the ferry terminal. It is on the waterfront. The rooms were clean although a bit dated but comfortable. Because the island is small, it's a great central location. Only concern we had was the noise as we were on the 1st floor of a 2 level building. The people above us were noisy walking and moving furniture around so sound proofing was not great. There is an outdoor pool which was not opened yet and a hot tub. Friends camped behind us on the same resort so nice to have a choice of different options to stay. The restaurant has good food is reasonably priced. The bar was fun with karaoke one night and a band playing with dancing on another night. The view is gorgeous from your deck which faces the water.

Mediocre at best.
Old and overpriced. Bathroom fixture falling off the wall and stained pillow case. Was a convenient place to stay overnight when halibut fishing. Unfortunately there are not many options.
