Convenient and comfortable
We had 2 nights here. Very convenient location near the railway station and walkable to shops and dining. One night we had an excellent meal at Harry's, next door. Room spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Only "annoyance" was, trying to be environmentally aware, we hung our towels up in bathroom to show we didn't want clean ones, but they changed them anyway. Left a note for cleaners next day to not change, so that was OK.

I would stay here again. The accomodation a little tired but the beds were excellent. Staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent location
Very convenient motel just across from the station and walking distance from town. Harry’s restaurant at the motel was excellent Shuttle service was extremely helpful in getting to our tourist destinations as were the staff. They could not have been any more obliging. Room was comfortable and having crockery and cutlery was great for our breakfast we brought.

We liked it because it was within a short walk to everything in town...the restraunt at the premises was also a good thing..the excurions we went on, the company stopped to pick up at these premises...

Blown away about the price - you have to be kidding!!!!! Also do NOT LIKE being woken up at 5 something o'clock with the sound of other people showering, I expect to sleep in to the time I want. Another annoying point is that anyone can park anywhere outside anyone's Unit so you have the noise of them packing their car etc especially when their tray is within 3 ft of your door/window. Just to let everyone know the price was $253 for 1 night. Apparently there is a cheaper Pub in Ilfracome (sp??) some 27 k away - it might be a good idea to check that out. For $253 for 1 night I would not expect a badly cracked hand basin in the bathroom and no mosquitoes on the ceiling together with better quality chairs etc.

This hotel is within easy with luggage, walking distance from the train station. The reception staff are kind, friendly, and helpful. They have a courtesy bus to use, if you wish to go to the QANTAS museum, School of Long Distance and Stockman's Hall of Fame. Travelling on my own, I felt safe, and somewhere clean and tidy to return to after excursions. They have a laundry, and a police station across the road. Thank you very much for ensuring my stay in your wonderful town, was perfect.
