Great hotel. Comfortable room with nice views over the green. Comfortable bed and a good shower. Let down by one of the worst hotel breakfasts I can remember. I was expecting the same menu as the Hoxton Shoreditch, it’s one of the reasons I booked as the breakfast there is fantastic. But the menu here is odd. You can almost get a deconstructed cooked breakfast by ordering sides of sausage and hash brown. But no cooked breakfast. What in the name of double reverse hipster is this. The rest of the menu was so uninspiring. There was a table next to me also looking at the menu in dis belief and we exchanged a confused glance and made a face. I ordered avocado toast and it arrived COVERED in shredded spring onion. This is a garnish that I’m sure nobody has ever asked for. Completely ruined it. Served with the poached egg I paid extra for which had clearly been cooked the day before it was so dry. I had 2 bites of the avocado toast and left it. Nobody came over to enquire why my plate was on the edge of the table. On check out nobody asked how my stay was. Would happily stay here again but I wouldn’t eat

Trendy spot. Really buzzy bar and restaurant, “Chets”. Room was a little on the smaller side but was expected. Nice bathroom. Slept very well - no noise from roads etc. Air conditioning very good. Fabulous lighting in the room too - really warm and chic. Plenty of space downstairs in the lobby/bar/“apartment” to catch up on a few emails before catching taxi to the airport. Staff very attentive - and lovely - at reception. Were more than happy to keep me stocked with water, coffee bags etc. I stayed here off a recommendation and would happily recommend it to anyone else! And it was easy for me to get to London Olympia Event space which is why I was there.

We stayed at The Hoxton, whilst we ventured to Shepherds Bush to see Teddy Swims at the Empire and we had a fabulous stay. Lovely rooms, pretty views of the park, helpful & friendly staff, great food (Definitely recommend Chets), easy access to the Empire and a few nearby pubs/bars, food take outs, etc. Thank you!

Hotel charged us two times and not been issused refund yet, hopefully tomorrow. Fingers crossed. Alarms going off in our room at random times, keeping us awake. Which was very annoying and unsettling when they told us it could be because of gas but didnt offer to move us. We did receive breakfast but didnt feel it was good enough.

Lovely interiors, really well thought out with super helpful staff and a really nice vibe. The room was a bit cosy but was well stocked with everything we needed and room service was there at the touch of a button. Really clean and comfortable beds, I’d definitely go back.

Hotel has a welcoming, busy & vibrant vibe. Friendly reception staff. Room we had was a Cosy Park, it was big enough and I’d say a standard sized hotel room. Room was very clean, with a fridge, kettle, desk, large tv was a bonus! Bathroom was gorgeous, large rain shower. The heating controls might confuse some as you have to tap a few times to line up with the option you require. Very heavy traffic outside and a huge amount of blue light vehicles. Saying that, it quietened down overnight and didn’t disturb sleep at all. Bed was very comfy. Liked the different artwork around the hotel that wasn’t just ‘stock’ photos. Liked the local ‘tips’ at the entry to the lifts. Area around is one to be aware of, lots of men hanging around. There’s also a blood control kit on a wall near the BP garage as there’s been some serious crime in the area. Lots of bikes and delivery scooters on the pavement outside hotel can be dangerous. All in all just sensible precautions of your surroundings and you should be fine. Shepherd’s Bush Market tube just a few min walk around the corner or Shepherd’s Bush tube the other station is just slightly longer on the other side of the park. Didn’t have breakfast or dinner at the hotel but that area was always buzzing and had a nice vibe. Would stay again and it’s dog friendly so our well behaved Miniature Schnauzer had a lovely stay and they don’t charge anymore for a pet to stay which is wonderful.

Such a gem of a Hotel. Great for a weekend away or an overnight stay in the city. Amazing attention to detail in everything from tiling in the bathroom to the level of decor in the bar and reception. Excellent value for money and very luxurious for a very reasonable price. Great buzzy vibe and love the art deco aesthetic. Also has excellent coffee. Had only ever used The Hoxton for work but they will now be my go to bolt hole in the city- highly recommend!

Such a cool hotel in a cool part of London. The staff were super cool and the reception manager was very helpful. Check out the restaurant and bar as well. Yum. It's encouraged me to seek out other Hoxtons around the world for future trips.

This was a perfect place to stay for a shopping trip, just a few minutes walk from the Westfield shopping centre and near to the underground. Also walked from here to a show at Olympia and back. Staff super friendly and helpful, rooms ideal. Local cafe ( Liz's) just a minutes walk away was perfect for lovely fresh cooked brunch.

A lovely stay at The Hoxton. The hotel was clean, stylish and in a good location for us to go to an event at the Eventim Apollo with good transport links. Overall a great stay but we were disappointed with breakfast. I spoke to someone at checkout and they listened to my feedback and gave us a small discount as a good will gesture.

The hotel exterior and interior are lovely. It’s nicely located between the axis of town and suburb with a nice blend of culture. Also realized Westmall is around the corner.

My recent stay at this hotel had its highs and lows. The decor is stylish and the staff pleasant, offering a warm welcome. However, the pillows were too soft for comfort, impacting my sleep quality. Additionally, the neighborhood didn't feel safe

The room is really wonderfully decorated. It certainly is very cosy indeed. I stayed in the cosy park room which had lots of light which helped seeing as the room is very small. The decor in the whole hotel is super chic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to check out an hour later which was really kind. The location is great in terms of transport and being close to Westfield and NottingHill. But there’s hardly any options in terms of dining apart from what’s in Westfield. The area is really run down. It was quite noisy in and outside the hotel at night. A lot of unsavory characters about. The other drawback was the bed. The pillows were rock hard.

Very cool hotel, once you walk through the door it’s so relaxing … lovely bar and restaurant…. Friendly staff… rooms small but perfect for a short visit. Everything you need … fancy tea & coffee, milk, water and a great bed …. Bathroom beautiful…. And all for a very reasonable price for London. Our new ‘go to’ London hotel!

Great Stay!
Excellent location steps from a tube stop. Excellent restaurant and drinks. Comfortable clean and spacious enough rooms. Had to ask them to restock water/toilet paper/towels and didn’t come in to make our beds once in our 5 night stay. I’m sure they would’ve if we asked. Friendly and nice staff. For whatever reason they charged something on our credit card after our stay without an explanation in an email so I will have to look into this
