“Total Comfort”

The hotel was excellent and very comfortable and situated very close to the airport. We had to make our own way to and from the hotel via the Hotel Hoppa bus which was cheap and ok.Our room was very comfortable and nicely decorated with tea and coffee making facilities. I would recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again in the future.

“Convenient location, good value.”

This hotel is clean, quiet and has good service. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The hotel can be reached in 10 mins by taking a (free) bus from the Central Bus Station (buses 105, 140 or 285). Can also be reached using the Hotel Hoppa bus, which is not free, slower, and less frequent. Internet connection available, but not free. I've stayed there many times, and never had anything but good experiences. The only criticism I have is with the bedding. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable, but the bed is supplied with a single duvet comforter that seems more suitable for Siberia than London. The only way to avoid a night bathed in sweat is to try to lower the air conditioning to "ice maker". Why not use a thinner duvet, or blankets and bedcover (so you can remove one of them)?

“Nice comfortable hotel.”

The hotel was pleasant and comfortable. We stayed in the Club level, and the breakfast was very good. Not very close to any businesses or restaurants however.

Very comfortable hotel, was a long way from the lobby which was a pain, hotel was undergoing maintenance while I was there so no water from midnight to 5am but other than that the bed was really confortable and well maintained

“Excellent experience at this Hotel”

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. I only stayed 1 night and was on my way back to the U.S. so I was home sick. This hotel has an American style which I appreciated. There is also a Starbucks that is in the process of opening in the lobby. It should be open buy now.

“American Comfort and Space”

We stayed here on our last night in England to be close to the airport. After 2 weeks of small rooms with few amenities, it was nice to stay in an American style hotel. There were lots of towels (even wash cloths!), Kleenex,large comfortable beds,and space! Like the other English hotels,they have a hot pot for hot water and instant coffee or tea instead of a coffee pot, but it was clean. This was the perfect way to end our wonderful English trip!

“Nice hotel convenient to LHR”

Transfer to terminal costs 4GBP. Hotel has a nice pool, resturant was not open on the evenign we were there, infortunately, as it looks nice. THe sports bar was open, it was fine.

“A pleasant surprise.”

Surprisingly nice. We asked for a family type room and got a large room with two queen size beds at no increase in rate. The wonderful included breakfast included a large buffet of cold and hot foods.
