Loved the pool, room clean Staff seem a little disinterested in guests. 2nd time here and they seem barely friendly at best. Chair or 2 in the lobby were in need of being thrown in the garbage. Not a good look. Restaurant was closed or locked just after 10 am?? For the most part hotel is ok.

Very dated. Checkin staff did not give me any info regarding hotel amenities, pool hours, etc. Average stay. Noisy in the afternoon with kids playing hockey in the hallway, but they were having fun. It was quiet in the evening and night. Cheers.

Have stated at this hotel previously on several occasions. This place has made many improvements since my first stay here. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. While there are many pillows provided they are on the flimsy side, reminding me of the type of pillows you get when flying. the rooms have your basic amenities, coffee maker, iron, fridge, microwave ,etc. but my room did not have any coffee cups provided. The picture quality on the TV was poor with many channels being snowy/grainy. This hotel does have a restaurant on the premises with a good variety of options and is reasonably priced. There is also an indoor pool with a nice deep end. The bathroom was clean and while they no longer provided those small travel sized shampoos/soaps, etc. there was a shampoo/conditioner/shower gel dispenser in the tub area. The bathtub itself looked dirty but on closer inspection it was etched into the enamel probably from years of being cleaned with abrasive cleansers. This hotel is surrounded by a huge parking lot so there was no real green space and was full of work trucks in the evening. While there are newer hotels across the street and nearby , this hotel is a bargain compared to the others.

Little kids playing hockey in the hallway and the staff did nothing about it for hours. Blood smears on the wall, no elevators. The parking lot had terrible potholes that about broke my car. Whole place was awful and just gross.
