This hotel completely surpassed my expectations. The staff - including housekeeping, room service, reception, doorman, luggage porter, concierge, and literally everyone we interacted with were absolutely amazing. The room was very comfortable and the amenities were great.
Grosvenor Sq is a unique London address in that the square held the "old" US Embassy building, and the park portion has monuments to FDR, the WW2 Eagle squadron members, and the UK citizens who lost their lives in the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
Besides all that, Mayfair is a very nice neighborhood.
Disappointing for a 5 star hotel. I can’t say it was terrible but there are certainly better options in the area.
The check in was slow and I was made to wait although at least two other staff seemed to be available but had more important things to attend to.
The room was noisy as the inner plastic pane to cut down on noise was wedged open and I couldn’t move it. It was fixed the second night. And oddly the shower was down a short corridor but there was no hook or anywhere to put the towel so you have to leave it on the floor.
Breakfast in Ramsay’s was fine and at least the service there was good - but I guess they were not hotel employees.
You can’t beat the location if your priority is shopping. 2 min to Selfridges, 9 min to Bond St by foot. Bond St and Green Park tube stations allow for easy transportation. Club Lounge is underwhelming so I wouldn’t spend the extra $ or points for that. In that case, go to JW Marriott 3 mins away.
Great location, walking distance to Aton of shopping and dining. Safe surroundings. Easy to catch a taxi or the underground.

Just thought for the money the attitude from staff was terrible, very off hand and arrogant. Overall we were disappointed and with so much 5 star competition in that area we won’t be staying again, plus they over charged us for breakfast in the room.
When I arrived the porter was very rude when I asked about parking, saying he could not recommend anywhere which was not what i asked. I had to park a 15 min walk away. When I got to reception I presented my credit card and was then asked for Photo ID, like some sort of conman which I have never experienced in all my years of travelling. When I asked why the receptionist was very rude. I would Never stop at this hotel again.

The property exterior was having work done so there is scaffolding all around. There was a slight moldy smell when first entering the bathroom like an air filter needed to be changed.
Excellent location, all walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the tube/ subway. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly.
Great location with a wonderful Club Lounge as a Platinum member. The rooms were okay - property can use renovation as bathrooms and interior can use some updating.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating especially the concierge(John)? He truly went above and beyond to welcome me and accommodated all my requests.
Great location, right around the corner from new bond street if you want to walk around high end shopping and see a few Bentleys and Rolls along the way
