“Great hotel !”

Pillow and bed not comfortable but everything was very clean and nice. Best hotel I've stayed at that wasn't high end.

“We are "blown away" and will be going to Holiday Inn Express again”

We arrived on Westjet on 10Sept 2011 @0700hrs and we thought we had to wait till 3pm for a room. To our suprise, Brad-night manager checked us in very quickly with a room. Reservation was quick and efficient. It was superb, thank you-Brad! The complimentary breakfast was great to satisfy a hungry person. The room 508 was nice and clean but it was too close to the elevator that we often heard noisy people talking loudly along the corridor at 12-1am. The location of the holiday was great, a few doors away from Delta Armoury Hotel we last stayed. Holiday Inn was close to VIA rail, banks, restuarants etc. It is in the heart of downtown. We can said that Holiday Inn Express is a great place to vacation in London, Ontario and we can't wait to come again. The reservation staff-Desery was excellent , so are the housekeeping (clean and neat room)and Dining staff ( stocking the complimentary breakfast). Well done, Staff! We will be talking to our friends and be back in future.

“Great place to stay...”

Went to the Holiday Inn to see a concert at the John Labatt Center. Awsome and very comfortable room. A little tiny, but really cozy. Would go back in a second.

“Excellent place to stay”

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice extra touches like bathrobes, good breakfast included, convenient parking. It may not look as grand as some of the other hotels, but we liked it a lot. Also very quiet.

“True Customer Service”

I am a firm believer in great customer service having immense payoffs to the business that provides it and the clients who receive it. This hotel is not at the top of the price range and yet the service was the best I have ever received. The check-in process was very quick with no surprises. The two young women at the desk were friendly, helpful and efficient. Parking was free which is great as we were in the downtown area of London and might have had to pay extra. The room was in immaculate condition. Everything in it appeared to be quite new. There was a fridge and microwave for our use unlike the usual bar fridges that can not be opened for fear of being charged something. After being in the room for about 45 minutes the phone rang. It was the front desk asking if everything was OK with the room and did we need anything. Wow! That has never happened to me before. The complimentary continental breakfast was way more than just muffins, bagels and coffee/tea. Bacon and eggs (although the microwavable kind which take some getting used to). A very pleasant surprise AND they kept it going past the scheduled end time to accommodate late risers!!

“good and not too expensive downtown hotel”

Basic amenities, but excellent for shorter stays. Staff were very pleasent. Breakfast was self-serve but good. Close to downtown and about a 10 minute walk to the train station.

“Great Stay”

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable and had a great quiet stay and was even able to stay till 2 o'clock check out which was a big bonus for us.

“Fit my needs perfectly”

A good fridge and a window to open, even if it is a little one. Nice peaceful little park beside for morning coffee. Very friendly helpful staff, quick and efficient.

great reception ... super friendly, internet wifi, fridge and microwave in the room. nice cozy bed. I didn't have umbrella and it was raining, so they lent me one ... loved them
