Everything was clean and well taken care of with the exception of the dated gym equipment. The all in one machine was in disarray, with the weights getting stuck/jammed often. If someone were to try and unjam the weights, this could result in an injury.

It is fine, well situated for my day in Dorchester. Didn’t have to drive through ugliness of “downtown.” Friendly staff. Clean.

The hotel was very well located. It is a good size, well-laid out, clean and modern. The reception and staff overall were very courteous, welcoming and helpful. There is plenty of parking and outdoor space. Our room was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities. The breakfast was much better than the normal 'breakfast included' hotel breakfasts. It is great value and a great hotel. I highly recommend it.

It was a great place to stay on short notice also not far from many places in London like the airport or the hospital also has lots of options for food just up the road!

The king bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed having a kitchen area with table and chairs. Sofa was a bonus. Great to have a sliding door. Only negative would be the noise of the traffic outside but not much you could do about that.

The location and cleanlesness and staff. Dont agree with getting a confirmation on a pet friendly room only to be told the room wasnt available and the room we got comes with double the pet charge. Small hyper allergetic mini poddle hair not fur . No mess . I can bet you wouldnt even know we had a dog in the room . Wasnt happy and too late to book somewhere else .
