you will need a car as it is located three km from the town center . It is a great hotel , huge room , great breakfast , great staff . very quite .

Nice hotel but a rough road to get to the hotel.
Lovely place to stay but the road was so rough and dusty. 2 km. Very quiet and pretty location.

My wife and I stayed in the Suite, which was lovely with great views and very clean. You definitely need a car to get to the Hotel, as its at the end of a long sandy path in the hills, so no access to public transport. The spa was nice and you book it for an hour by yourselves which again was lovely. Mondo (I think that was his name) on reception was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for him. As for the rest of the staff it was a little hit and miss, some were really lovely, and others non-communitive. It's a lovely hotel, and although my next comment isn't a complaint, it's more of a what could have been improved. Breakfast was a small cold buffet, which was fine, although when we booked it said hot breakfast. However on the last morning we did get offered Omlette...so I was confused why that wasn't offered on the other dates of our stay as I would have ordered that. There seemed to be a general lack of staff, as no one was in the Spa, although I believe they had walked out the day before our arrival. The outside Bar was open, but at no point did anyone serve any drinks, and there was no one around the complex. Upon checking out, as we had an early flight, we checked out at 6am. However no receptionist was around, and what seemed to be the cleaner checked us out, but didn't really know what she was doing. Other than the staffing, the hotel is beautiful, and very quiet for a great relaxing time. I would stay here again.

This hotel is an absolute gem and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Amazing views, superb facilities and wonderful service. Very good value.

nailed window, view of dirty wall hair in the bedroom and bathroom. No restaurant in the hotel opened in the early evening and nothing around long poor-quality dirt road, smell of fried fish loud party occupying restaurant and amenities defensive staff refused of reimbursement

Escapada perfecta en pareja
Perfecto para una escapada en pareja. Las instalaciones muy ciudadas, posibilidad de paseo en el bosque, el Spa muy limpio. La calidad de la comida del restaurante muy buena.

Me gustó mucho el trato del personal. No me gustó lo descuidado q tienen todo por fuera salvo la zona de la piscina. No me gustó q no hubiese zumo natural en el desayuno, escasa variedad de buffet para ser un 5 estrellas. Soporte de la ducha roto. Detalles q en un 3 no les daría importancia pero aqui si.

Lieu magique et personnel attentionné.
Évitez de solliciter l'application Coyote pour trouver l'hôtel : elle vous fera visiter tous les chemins de terre entre LLoret et Balles ! Après un changement de gps, l'émerveillement est au bout du (long) chemin (de terre) - privilégier un gros 4x4 à un coupé sport -. Le lieu est impressionnant, le point de vue à couper le souffle... Merveilleuse rénovation de ce monastère en hôtel de luxe. Belle salle à manger, prolongée d'une terrasse très agréable. Le jardin est agencé harmonieusement, les œuvres exposées sont dans l'ensemble de bon goût (excepté peut-être la statue orange à l'entrée) et le confort des chambres très correct. Le lieu respire la quiétude et le recueillement. Un bémol cependant : un grand rafraîchissement s'impose : peinture intérieure, aménagement des salles de bain, mobilier... les jardiniers et le personnel d'entretien se démènent mais mériteraient d'être plus nombreux pour faire face à un tâche immense!

L'emplacement et la vue de l'hôtel sont phénoménaux. La gentillesse et la serviabilité du personnel étaient absolument top, 5 étoiles. La nourriture est du niveau d'une cuisine étoilée. Il n'y a rien à redire sur la propreté. Nous pouvons absolument recommander cet hôtel et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
