Nice welcome at front desk. Spacious room, with all toiletries needed, if wanted. Cookies on arrival (nice touch). Clean room. New towels and linen (looks like).
Great stay for our family. Only downside was when we got down to the free breakfast, all the food was out except cold cereal. Otherwise, very positive experience.

Easy to find, lots of parking. More staff needed at front desk. Was woke up at 2:00 am by drunk man trying to get into room. When he couldn't get in, he got the night desk clerk to come up and open our door. Fortunately, we had the top sliding lock on so he couldn't come in all the way. Staff should have verified the man's room # in the computer before opening our door!

Great, place to stay if you’re are going to the near by Casino and not to far from the 101. Will definitely come back to this location next year when we visit lincoln City again.

We came to town for a special bingo tournament for New Years at the casino. The rate was great for a holiday weekend. And the shuttle was available quickly for a ride over to the casino.
Breakfast options were great, and saved us money!
There was a snafu when checking in, the hotel had already charged my card hours before we got there, and it was not the card I wanted to use to pay, so there was a huge inconvenient ordeal at check-in, but the staff was very friendly while we dealt w that. Would stay here again.

The room was accessible but smells like some dogs stayed there! I’m very allergic and sensitive to pets and smoke!
The jacuzzi wasn’t working and didn’t get to use it! Didn’t get to use the pool either! But we had fun at the Chinook Winds casino nearby and had a great time watching the Super Bowl and had a party!
I loved it! Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, commons area was comfy! And clean! Staff was friendly!
Breakfast was great to,
plenty to eat!
We've been here a few times to stay, always seem to come back and stay again!, close to the casino, shopping is great, lots to do!

Was okay for the first night but the second night the walls are very thin. A couple in the next room argued all night long, then could hear them having sex til wee hours of tge morning*like 6:00am.No sleep.

It's not a huge hotel so it feels cozy. The staff who greeted us was very friendly even though her computer system was down. Place was neat and clean. Ive stayed at this hotel twice.
The boy at reception counter said I was self pay after expedia already charged me. Then he said my card didn't go through, I asked, will I be double billed he said no. No wash cloths or hand towels in room. I paid AGAIN. After leaving. I called and explained to another girl at reception that I was charged extra after checking bank account. The manager had popped in and stated that it would be addressed. The next day there was ANOTHER charge for the room, instead of it being taken off. I'm beyond frustrated. Still NO RESOLVE, MY MONEY WAS TAKEN BECAUSE OF SOMEONE BEING CARELESS I was charged 83.17 two times, 33.17 once and then the typical 50 deposit. I was disrespected and disregarded. In a storm, I might add. STILL NO RESOLVE

The only thing bad to say is that our door would not latch unless we pulled up on the door. so the first couple times we left the room, it was not locked. i checked with the other 6 rooms in our party, and most of them experienced the same thing. That is a safety thing that needs to be fixed immediately.
I pre paid for a king room over a month prior to the travel date, checked in and was told we were moved to a 2 queen room instead because all the kings were taken.
