Good afternoon,We haven't had any guests complain about the sound from the gas boiler so far, and we called the company that services our gas boilers and checked, they said everything was fine. For us, every guest is important and we always try to do everything to eliminate any shortcomings, if they are justified. But this time your opinion about our hotel's service is unfounded and fabricated. Our staff always try to help as much as possible and this time our staff offered to transfer you to other rooms, even though they were more expensive, without asking for additional payment.Best Regards,Administration
