I stayed at the hotel for 1 night in 2 different occasions. The rooms where in good state and very clean but not even a small bottle of water as a refreshment (refreshments were not mentioned but water would have been nice). In both occasions house-keeping entered the room when I was still inside (8:30 am) and that was not pleasant. Also at 6 am they knocked on my door for no reason, spoke loudly outside my door and it looked like the staff was waking up guests (I did no request that). Breakfast was very nice and fresh. Staff was also very nice.

Decent option near the US Embassy
I stayed at Onomo for my first night in Libreville. The room was comfortable although a bit noisy when people are in the hallway. There also was no bottled water provided in the room, which I'd think would be standard for a hotel of this caliber. The hotel is located right across the street from the US Embassy, so is probably vert convenient for visiting bureaucrats. For others, however, it's a bit out of the way. I also heard that sometimes taxis are not allowed to come to Onomo because it's located near the presidential palace and they often close down to road. Fortunately I had private transport so didn't have to deal with this, but I can imagine that being a huge problem if not.

No permanet hot water, interner not avaible in some rooms, restaurant menu on card is not available. The overall feeling is that, the hotel is experiencing maintenance issues. The staff is obliged to lie to cover is lack of maintenance, which falls under the owner responsability. The staff seem umpowerlmfull, and demotivated. They shown aggressivity vis a vis the clients complains. I cann't recommend this hotel

Good hotel, but out in the boonies. If you don't have a car you are done for. Aside from that, good hotel, good service, good rooms. Close to the airport. No French speaking hotels have a kettle for coffee.

A waste of money
Wow. I’ve read some reviews about Onomo Libreville so didn’t expect much, but what an absolute rip-off! For the same price you can get 4-star luxury in expensive European and American cities. Here you get a “cosy” room with a broken TV, a toilet that doesn’t flush, a leaking basin and a shower with no cold water. Amenities include toilet paper and a reluctantly given bar of soap – no shampoo, no conditioner, no hand towel, no desk light, no tea/coffee facilities, not even a soap dish. The shower has no door so the bathroom side of the room is soaked after a shower, but since the basin leaks anyway, I guess that doesn’t make much difference. Service from the hotel staff is at best indifferent. The average is surly, rude and utterly unhelpful. They have a free shuttle service to the airport but it only runs roughly every four hours – if this doesn’t suit you, you have to get a taxi. If this is what the rest of Gabon and its people are like, I’m not sure that I’d want to return. If I do, I most certainly will not stay at Onomo Libreville again.

Onomo hOTEL: The worst hotel I have ever stayed
My stay was horrible in the hotel. Hotel staff is highly uncourteous and rude. They did not provide any facility in the room. There is no cupborad in the room, no slipper, no toiletries,NO tea-coffee maker. There was no wi-fi signal in the room. Hardly any TV program come in the hotel though it claims for satellite TV. TV reception is extremely poor , it was like black and white TV. Many mosquitoes were seen which could have caused malaria. Hotel did not provide me bill receipt and started fighting when I demanded for the same.

J’adore et reviendrai à Libreville, test Maroc
Super accueil, bon conseil, cadre agréable. Toujours près à rendre service taxi… Extérieur piscine vraiment convivial pour travailler, se détendre, boire un apéro. Restaurant très bon. Seuls petits bémols : l’isolation des chambres qui laissent passer bruit dans couloir…eau chaude tiède…et une petite réfection ferai du bien dans les chambres.

Navette pas disponible pour un depart a 6h du matin... chambre propre mais robinet de la salle de bain cassé, des grosses traces d'humidité au niveau de la clim, puis pas pal de degaut dans la chambre. Repas au restaurant mauvais, attente longue pour un carpaccio.. et la mousse au chocolat imangeable. Et pour finir pas de petit dejeuner servis avant 6h45...

Chambre: moisissures au plafond, la LED pour y deposer la carte de la chambre éclaire beaucoup, gênant. Serviette de bain un peu petite. Obligation de fermer la porte de la fenêtre qui fait office de volet sinon on vous prendre votre douche. Service: très très moyen. J'ai demandé plusieurs fois de me réserver un taxi la veille pour le lendemain, voeu jamais exaucé. Petit déjeuner pauvre au vue du prix. Il fallait être patient pour avoir ses plats lors des dîners alors qu'il y avait 3-4 clients. Sinon les plats étaient bons. Le personnel ne connait pas trop ce qu'est le sourire. Ils ont osés passer la tondeuse à 7h du matin, honteux. C'est un hôtel qui est au milieu d'un quartier huppé pourtant. Pour accéder à la plage à pied, il faut par courir 3km à l'aller, qui est à côté de la maison du Président. Plage dégueulasse.
