Very friendly and helpful staff and dogs are welcomed and not just tolerated which made all the difference

I think it’s very much geared towards events and weddings.
For a short stay it was a bit uninspiring. The room was very small and not very comfortable.

We welcome all guests to Weetwood whether they be here for business, visiting family, exploring the area or attending one of our many events.The room booked was one of our cosy double rooms which are the smallest double rooms we have here. If you do choose to stay with us again we have many different room types available including those in the manor house which are individually styled with boutique style luxury in mind.

This place is by far the best hotel in the area. Friendly staff, adequate rooms and restaurant. The restaurant is a little limited in offering but very good.

Got upgraded on arrival and room was lovely . Quiet with a view to front of hotel and driveway . Wedding in progress but we would not have known as no noise . Staff lovely and polite . Excellent breakfast .

I stay in A LOT of hotels and only have 2 things that I look for…a really good powerful shower and plug sockets next to the bed…this hotel had neither

All in all a very nice place and had a lovely stay. Only negative the coffee at breakfast was so weak I was however to polite to ask for it to be changed. I m sure if i had the staff would of sorted !

There were a few hiccups checking in with one staff member who just never smiled or helped and had a bit of attitude. But Ricki another reception staff made it much better she was superb!! The stables pub staff were awesome. The head of department manager at front als o made everything b better! Overall great stay and back on upcoming Friday!

This place was just amazing and it was very convenient for me since my son was attending riasa and it is on the same property. Just wish I could go back. The restaurant was amazing delicious. I would live there if I could

Staff were blunt and not exactly approachable too busy talking to each other room had mold around window and bottom of bathroom door.

Second visit and found it a great place tp stay , breakfast was gd and plentiful , only 2 isdues was found cobweb above bathroom door and there could of been more of a variety on the restaurant menu , what food we did eat was excellent
Highly recommended and we will definitely be staying there again

nothing special about the hotel. After check-in did not see any staff. Heating did not work and eventually they put in a fan heater.

We are concerned that you did not see any of our team members during your stay as our reception is manned 24 hours a day and you were able to speak to the team regarding heating issues. I can only assume that our team were engaged in assisting other guests at the time when you where in the lobby which on some occasions does require our teams to leave the reception for a brief time, such as providing heaters when requested. I will ensure that your comments regarding the heating are investigated. We hope that this does not deter you from staying with us in the future.
