We originally were excited to stay as we were attending the Leamington demolition derby and fair (fair more for the kids) Very rare to find 3 beds in the same room. Check In went ok. Pool; Nice size. Hot Tub; Jets didn’t work the best (I try to find hotels with Hot Tubs and stay there because of having a Hot Tub) Breakfast Included wasn’t anything good (I looked at it and chose not to eat anything) hard boiled eggs/English muffin (husband ate) Check out was the biggest issue; Female staff member was ignorant and rude at front desk. I went to double check the room before check out and was told if I was in the room 1 minute past 11am I was going to be charged 100 late check out fee. My husband asked about the deposit as when checking in staff member told him when checking out to bring the card the deposit was put on to have it returned. I know with deposits it takes 5-10 business days but the female staff member called my husband a liar and he was told no such thing. We will not stay again at this Days Inn solely because of the treatment from the female staff member.

Staying at this hotel they require a 250 Canadian dollar deposit which I consider a little high but nonetheless agreed to. Due to a slight change in personal circumstances we requested that we could have the room for a further night. They wanted another 250 Canadian dollars for a further deposit which I found absolutely disgusting and made an agreement instead to pay for the room and leave 250 dollars in cash the following morning. On the morning I had checked my credit card account to find they had taken a further 250 dollars without my permission. I will be seeking legal advice as I found them be untrustworthy and will never use one of their properties again

Unaware that the room cleaning service is only provided every 3rd day. Since we were booked for only 2 nights, we were out coffee/tea/cups as well shampoo & conditioner. Reception advised us after the fact. We should have been informed when checking in and also this service should be added to your website.

The property was very clean and the staff were excellent. However, our room was not cleaned during our stay even though we were out for most of the day on Saturday. I had to flag down housekeeping to empty our garbage. The hot tub in the pool area did not seem to be working properly. The continental breakfast was good.

Upon entering our room, the floors were dirty .. my feet were black within 10 minutes of walking around. Two plugs didnt work, the main light didnt work, the air conditioner cover was off of it, tv remote didnt work. We went to the breakfast buffet ONCE, all that was there was fruit and yogurt. The second night we encountered an very ignorant front desk lady. I would never ever stay here again or reccomend ANYONE to stay here.

We have reveiwed front desk log of your stay and yes we changed your TV remote with a new remote on your request with in minutes. Only other issue noted was on 2nd night that room was booked for 2 people but there were 5 guest staying in this room.Unfortunately we were not aware of any plugs or light not working. We had the room checked yesterday and you will be glad to know everything is working perhaps may be a wire could have been loose. We thankyou again for taking the time to response.

The workers were friendly and very helpful. She even tried to call me at home to make sure we would be ok with hockey teams being there and so therefore it might be a bit more noisy. I thought that was really good.

It’s small but clean and the staff are friendly. The doors are very loud and echo when they close which is annoying when an entire preteen sports team is running in and out of their rooms. The breakfast is great as well with many good options.

Good room but a bit over priced.
In town for a Golf tournament. Location was convenient distance from course. Room was a good size and well maintained. HVAC system was adequate. Could have used more glasses and bottled water would have been a nice touch considering the cost of the room.

It was the perfect place to stay while exploring Point Peele National Park for the weekend in Spring. The staff was friendly and the hotel caters to birdwatchers very well. Because of the Festival of Birds, the hotel had very early breakfast available, which was exactly what we needed before going out adventuring. We never got a chance to use the swimming pool, or the bar/game lounge, but we were happy with the rooms, the bed was really comfy, good shower, and the hotel was very quiet overall. We had 2 great nights of sleep after 16 hours of hiking everyday. We'll be back for the Fall Migration for sure!
