Just Perfect
This was the most well appointed VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Such a wonderful weekend. I also greatly appreciate the flexibility of the property manager to allow us to change dates last minute when COVID hit our group. Will definite return next time we are heading to Lead / Deadwood.

Incredible cabin stay for a family birthday / reunion!
What an amazing cabin!!! We could not have been more pleased with our stay for our dad's / grandpa's 70th birthday weekend. We were able to comfortably fit 8 adults and 6 children with everyone having a bed. The place was spotless and had everything we needed, in particular the hot tub which was a lovely treat after a day of skiing! Furthermore, the proximity of this place from Deadwood / Lead / Terry Peak was ideal. Our only suggestions would be to have a more accessible TV guide since it was a bit difficult to figure out the channels (we were trying to watch one of the football playoff games and ultimately were able to, but only after a few tries). That being said, once we had it up and running the downstairs theater room made for an amazing place to watch the game all together! 10/10 would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much for hosting us!

The perfect family ski vacation
The house was beautiful and tastefully decorated. There were 12 people in our group and everyone had their own bed. The house was adequately stocked with towels and extra blankets. The kitchen was comfortable and fully equipped. We went skiing in Terry Peak just a few minutes away. In the evenings the teenagers watched movies and series in the Theater Room, while the adults enjoyed their own entertainment in the living room area or hot tub. There were many restaurants in nearby Deadwood. Could not have asked for a better property for this experience.

Great getaway
We had a great time and really enjoyed this home! Perfect for my 12 immediate family members. The beds were very comfortable and the space was perfect for eating, relaxing and having entertainment! Only concern we would mention is the 2 pools at the community center need to be cleaned more often. Our family all experienced hair sticking to them while swimming. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Christmas
Wow!! Amazing property. Quiet subdivision and breathtaking views. This was the perfect place to spend Christmas with our kids. So much room and great gathering spaces. The big table was great for nightly card games and the theatre room was great for watching Holiday movies. So much to do within a short drive too. Snowmobiling, sledding, Mount Rushmore and then to come back to a warm fire and togetherness. Probably our most favorite Christmas. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful Property with perfect location
This home was beautiful. The decor was unique and gorgeous. An abundant amount of extra blankets and pillows which was nice. The main areas of the home were clean, but needed a good deep cleaning. My son found bubble tape gum from a previous guest under chair. Bugs in light fixtures above dining table. End tables and headboard in basement rooms very dusty. 3 of the movie theater chairs did not have power to them or recline. One of the lower level mattress was very wore out and you rolled to the middle of bed. The grill was extremely dirty and we had to clean 2 inches worth of black grease out before using. Overall, we had a great time. We felt comfortable and welcomed! Perfect distance to pop over to ski for the day. We would come back 🤗

We rented a total of five houses for a work team meeting. The homes were all clean, nicely furnished and very cozy!! Excellent rental for a large group
Our group of 10 friends enjoyed your home tremendously. It was perfect for our UTV trail riding base. Was so nice to come back to comfort after a days riding. We loved using the outdoor fire table, hot tub, theatre room and community pool.

Great Location for a Girls’ Weekend
We really enjoyed our stay here! The cabin itself is quiet and clean. It is a perfect distance from Deadwood as we were easily able to go downtown for a night. The only thing we could not find at the cabin that we needed was a wine opener! I will be saving this listing for future trips.

We where a group of 11 and this was a perfect house for us. We had two movie nights with the popcorn provided. The community pool was a quick walk with plenty of seating. The hot tub was nice after a day of sightseeing. Kitchen was stocked with all the appliances needed to cook all our dinners. The property management was extremely responsive when we had questions or need help. The decks were wonderful to enjoy and the backyard had beautiful yellow snapdragon blooming. We would definitely book again.

Annual family vacation in the Black Hills
This Vrbo was clean, easy to access, community building was great, and the home is located close to winter sports. The grill was difficult to light, but otherwise everything worked well. We have a large family so the home was perfect.

Great place to gather our family.
Our family gathers yearly in the black hills and this place was the best yet! We loved king beds in every room. The hot tub and the quiet neighborhood. It is to trails as well. The club house pool was great but a little crowded over Labor Day which was expected. They are building a second pool! Overall wonderful property. Thank you!!!

This was the perfect vacation home for our family. Great location, something for everyone (theater room w/popcorn machine, hot tub, grill, outdoor fire table, lots of deck space to name a few). Beautiful house
Great location in a beautiful new neighborhood just minutes from Lead. This house was perfect for 3 families - we each had our own floor to spread out on. We were amazed at how quiet it was in the basement bedrooms, you couldn’t hear footsteps or any upstairs noises. This house also had the most comfortable beds! We reached out to the management of the property with a question and they got back to us immediately. The theater room was amazing and two laundry rooms was super convenient. Some minor annoyances we just overlooked but not a make or break deal. Bring your own hangers, each room only had 3. A drying rack in the laundry room would have been nice also. We also could not get Direct TV to work in basement but we mainly used our own fire stick for Netflix. I would say the biggest con was that the hot tub wasn’t under a roof so that did prevent us from using quite a bit. Overall a great place to stay and we would stay again!

Amazing place to stay!
This property was as beautiful as it was clean! I had called earlier in the week that we were supposed to arrive and asked about an early check in because of bad weather. They were extremely courteous and had everything ready for our large group when we arrived! Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again anytime!
